The hotel is convenient walk into the centre of Brussels, but the area around the hotel is a little dodgy, dirty and noisy.

Nice staff and the room was lovely, but it would be more satisfactory if the hotel could provide a functioning kettle.

The location near the Midi/Zuid train station (coming from Paris) is convenient, but in a gritty part of town. Weigh your options.

Nothing in the room, the accommodation was excellent. Disappointing, there is no bar facilities after a long day walking to come back to, but everything was great.

The location is perfect for Brussels Midi station, 7 min walk. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 rooms spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy..

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again.

I wish the breakfast was a little less expensive LOL. But all in all I think it was worth the money. Also I wish they had a mini fridge in the room.

Anderson at the front desk was very professional and easy to talk to. He made my trip there very enjoyable. He was outstanding and he gave me great directions on how to get around in the city.

The location was convenient, but seemed like a less than safe area. The quality of the inside of the hotel does not match the area. We felt safe inside the hotel, just not outside really. We didn't research the area in advance and we were focused on convenience more than anything.

We only stayed one night. Everything was very in good working order, fairly clean. Location was at least walking distance from the train station. There was no staff helping anyone when we arrived, so there was a long delay, but they were pleasant to deal with and even got us early check in.

The price is too high, considering that breakfast is not included. The room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (which is definitely appreciated), but it's not for free: two coffee capsules are free for the first day only, for the remaining days you have to pay them, while they could be offered with no effort within the high price for the room.

Nice and comfortable hotel in a convenient position, near the train station and 10 minutes walking from the city center. Large room and nicely furnished, however a bit more store space for clothes and luggages would be better. Beautiful bathroom with large shower and quality bath products.

I expect every hotel to furnish a cup of coffee in the morning at no charge without needing to buy an expensive breakfast. I will probably try Best Western next time.

For the price of the room they could have included breakfast. The rate for what was offered was too high, chose to eat at a restaurant nearby.
