The hotel’s facilities could serve and accommodate half the number of guests. It the hotel had 100 rooms instead of 200, it would make more sense and comfort for guests. Small pool and crowded pool area, insufficient dining area, tiny rooms. Parking is very far away.

Staff was fantastic and the location as well. Good quality and abundant choice in food. Modern furniture in rooms. Amazing views from room balconies. Beach is just across the pedestrian street.

Evening entertainment was bingo then nothing else. All inclusive ended at 10 o'clock so not what was advertised. Spent time in the bar next door after that.

Our Room was very clean and nice with a sea view. The Food and desserts was also very good. We loved our stay 🥰 location was perfect as we were on the promenade next to the beach.

* Poor cleaning services (almost 4 days without cleaning, the terrace was never cleaned in 12 days). * Small room. * Very poor wi-fi connection (only worked near the entrance door, but not in the room). * No parking available, we paid additionnaly for parking / day, at another hotel, where we found availability. Very few parking spaces at the hotel (about 10-12 parking spaces for a 12 floors hotel). * Only 2 small elevators (480 kg each) for a 12 floors hotel (at least 144 rooms). * The pool was small and the water cold, we never enjoyed it, we preffered to go to the beach.

The swimming pool is small and people eat and drink on it though it's prohibitted. The territory around the hotel is small. Evening entertaiment is very poor, not space for performance. During lunch and dinner it's difficult to find a table to eat. The hotel management even requsted guest to come at a certain time that is very inconvinient.

Location is perfect. Desserts were excellent.

People "claiming" beach beds in the morning at the pool by placing towels on them with some of these never actually using the beds. Food was decent but some of the meals / sauces were very traditional and difficult to meet my taste. Quality of drinks in general, alcoholic and soft - not the best. The beer was decent. Advertised parking is literally 5 spots stretched to 10 by double parking, so consider an extra £12 per day if you're driving here. Only 2 elevators for a 12 floor / 15 rooms per floor building. Also very tiny and visibly used heavily. You can't have more than 4 people in otherwise the "Overloaded" sign comes on. We took the stairs up to 6th daily due to this a few times. Overall, for the price, can't really go wrong especially if you're willing to accept the above.

It was a really nice stay! Everybody was so nice, we had a problem with our room neighbors being loud and the man from the reception was very helpful and took care of our little problem. The food was good, it would be nice to have a little more variety, but we were out of season, so i think that was the issue. We really enjoyed our staying!

The superior room with sea view was great. Clean and modern. The food was mostly good. Cakes and pastries were dry but maybe that’s how it is in Bulgaria. Selection of drinks was great. Afternoon snacks were good and the sweet room was amazing. I’d never seen one at an all inclusive before. The location is good and I loved that you can go out the back gate to go to the market stalls and beach. A bit light on entertainment but I think it’s a little early in the season. They did save a car space for me as I have a blue badge but when I came to leave I was blocked in and the staff didn’t have their key as they had refused to leave it with them. I had left my key and my car had been moved. I felt that if people don’t leave their key they shouldn’t be allowed to park there. I just made it to an appointment I had.

I liked the fact staff spoke English to be able to accommodate the customers. I Am Bulgarian but I travelling with my English partner. The bar staff Todor was very helpful , fluent English, great customer service!!! Staff over all are helpful. We are very pleased we stayed there. There were enough options and fresh food at the restaurant. Great location everything is at your door step.

Staff absolutely unfriendly, nobody has told us how is it with dinners, breakfast etc., where is bar, until which time is opened, only here is table with times, go and look.. and they are calling theirselves 4* hotel ? I was working in 4* hotel and we had to be kind and polite and willing to clients but this has nothing to do with profesionality and willingness. Everywhere were tables and papers with what is forbidden and not allowed but we did not see anywhere for example enjoy your stay.. we felt like in some asylum only instructions how to behave but nothing to feel comfortable..
