It's a little bit noisy but it didn't bother us much.

I did not like at all that the walls were super thin. You could hear everything at the other rooms, even when somebody was caughing… Very distubing with the noises

The lift takes an eternity.

It's a functional hotel, the one thing that jumped out at me was the even though it was a cold December weekend, the hotel is very warm and cosy. It's ideal for public transport with a metro station right outside.

Wifi is not so great as you cannot make Whatsapp video calls only voice and text. The staff are not rude but they lack charisma. The shower is small

The hotel is very close to the subway and very easy to navigate the city from here. In fact the hop on hop off bus picks you up directly in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants and minimarkets in the immediate area.

Having access to the balcony was great, though the safety sign stating 'Keep the distance from the railing/balustrade' didn’t give the best impression regarding maintenance, especially considering it was on the 8th floor.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location next to the metro station was very convenient. The upper floors offered a nice view of the city. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Overall, the stay was pleasant and excellent value for the money

The bed not very comfortable - I found the mattress pretty hard, noise from the cleaning staff in early morning hours, no feeling of privacy in the room due to thin walls where you could hear everything from the other rooms. Ear plugs needed for better sleep.

Great location,no noise from the street, very clean, nice staff at the reception, easy check in and check out. Price reflects the quality, dont expect too much.

Pillows were a bit disappointing. Although fairly central, it is at the top of a hill so not so good for those with mobility issues.

Lots of plug points in room. Ensuite looked brand new. Very good transport links. 24 hour reception. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops (including Costa) nearby

I was a bit surprised there's no phone in the room :D (also 5 star feedback for the night staff. She was super nice and managed to wake me up by knocking on my door gently. Peak customer service!) The furniture should be upgraded (and by that I mean throw out everything and get new furnitures)

Staff was very helpful. The location is great (even though its a bit challenging to find the entrance). The room was HUGE with comfy beds (yes there were 2 bed) and a large bathroom. Recommended for travellers.

Nothing much except that I could hear the people in the next room as the walls didn’t seem to be sound proof. However it wasn’t an issue for me.

The hotel is easily accessible by metro, tram, or just walk from the city centre. Recreation was staffed 24hrs a day, the room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and fresh towels are provided every day. Would recommend.
