My initial reservation was for a room with no ocean view. Room was very Small and no privacy, the bed was next to the door, in a corridor.

Property is beautiful, very comfortable. Service and staffing also very good. Rooms with ocean view are worth to pay.

There were two small downsides to the property, your room doesn’t get cleaned unless you specifically request this at the reception and there are no restaurants in walking distance apart from the one at the hotel.

The views from the hotel are beautiful, there are many different areas for relaxing, the rooms feel updated and the breakfast is quite extensive

The extraordinary view and being able to kayak and standup paddle with a private access to the sea. You cant miss the mango at breakfast! And the risotto with frutos del mar was delicious.

There are steps going down all the way to the pier ( but these are steep steps ) nothing daunting though .

Location. Bit far from the historic centre but the hotel facilities make up for it . If you want to have a relaxed vacation this is a place to be ( rooms with sea view are the best ) - the other rooms are small and disappointing . breakfast spread is good! Pool and bar area is very nice !

The food wasn’t the tastiest but then again that can be said for most places im Brazil in my opinion. Nothing against this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel. We had a sea view room and the view is incredible but also from the whole hotel. The sea is warm and clear with lots of fish to snorkel with. We explored lots of local beaches by walking, boat, bus and taxi! It’s a great base for exploring the island.

Everything! I would like to say a special thanks to Diego (works in reception at night) for his kindness. My partner’s bank card did not work at one of the bars we were in and I phoned reception to ask for help, Diego was kind and willing to help us out with his own credit card. Thankfully my card worked and I was able to sort everything myself at the bar. Diego deserves a pay rise!

Smart TV lost internet connection all over again, we could hardly use it. Our Junior Suite did not have a balcony which was a bit disappointing.

Very friendly staff, despite most of them did only speak Portuguese thy tried hard and managed the communication quite well. Direct sea access is great.

Slight problem with our room briefly but maintenance fixed it so quickly, and the hotel were clear with their communication and very apologetic. Didn’t see it as an issue ultimately - it was something out of everyone’s control but it was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently! Obrigada!

Absolutely beautiful hotel - super clean, so comfortable, staff were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like a proper tropical paradise on the Island. A great location a few minutes taxi ride from the main towns. Superb views, and we loved the dock/jetty - we got a private boat tour and they were able to drop us off right at the hotel. Room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, and we never struggled to get a table or a lounger by the pool on or on the beach. Felt quiet, private and romantic.

the property feels quaint but it was still large enough to accommodate our group of 14. The staff is truly incredible. They were so attentive to our needs and remembered things like what drinks we liked, our names, etc. The parking was easy and the location was gorgeous.

When I stayed at the hotel, we ordered a meat and came only a lot of fat and a little meat, just one meal, all the others fishes and drink went very good

We had problems in the room with no hot water and the toilet kept breaking with no flush for the 2 days we were there . The other annoying thing is there is lots of power cuts at night and every time the power came back on the TV in the room came on as well also WIFi is not so good. But to be fair I understand hotel bathroom do have occasional problems and I believe this is not a normal situation and also the management did take care of us with additional hospitality due to our inconvenience

The Views are excellent the Staff help as much as they can but don’t speak English but use WhatsApp to communicate Breakfast not bad .

Rooms are small. First night we did not have any water at all (no toilet, shower, etc) - we only got a 20% discount for this night. Second night (new room) we had a big cockroach in the bathroom. In general the doors and windows have big open spaces allowing mosquitos and animals to access the inside easily.

Nice pool area and access to the sea. Good breakfast. Seaview in the room is good. Staff if very responsive and kind (but Portuguese translator necessary to communicate)
