I believe exhaustion system is connected with another room, sometimes had the impression of Cigarette smell coming from bathroom. Parking lot are not enough, every night was completely full and exciting the capacity, every night was forced to park the car out of parking spaces (access driveway)

Room are really small. I booked an “executive suite” and found a really tiny room. Mattresses are not the most comfortable. Maintenance is lacking, several points of wear and tear left unfixed.

Well located hotel, close tongue university and the innovation center. Bathrooms are very modern. Breakfast is good.

Fotos don't reflect reality. Hotel is already old and need some refresh. It is rather a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. If you are up to cleanliness, you will not like it. Bathroom isn't properly clean, towels are already quite used and you can see dirt everywhere. The carpet on the various floors haven't seen a vacuum cleaner for some time. As people normally use the elevator, probably nobody has seen the stairs, where things (building material and other stuff) are laying around, is dirty and dark.

The bed in our room was awful, it was just as hard as sleeping on the floor. The cleanliness of the bathroom was appalling, mold lines all over the shower. The entire room had a funky smell and the state of maintenance was really a let down.

You wouldn’t believe you were at the hotel you saw on booking, online it looked really good, new modern but in reality it’s a sad rundown old hotel with dirty windows, uncomfortable beds and tiny rooms, a very unpleasant experience. Breakfast was ok, just ok.

Initial Utility Issues: Right upon arrival, we faced a significant issue with the lack of electricity and water, which wasn't resolved until 11 PM that night. Air Conditioning Problems: During one of the nights, the air conditioning system failed for 2-3 hours. This was eventually fixed but caused discomfort in the meantime. Cleanliness Concerns: The cleanliness, especially in the pool bathrooms, was not up to the mark. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, there was no noticeable action taken to improve the situation. Staffing Shortages: There seemed to be a general shortage of staff, particularly noticeable in cleaning and maintenance roles. This not only affected the cleanliness but also the overall efficiency in addressing guest concerns and maintaining the hotel. Overall Impact on Experience: These issues, combined with the evident struggles in staffing and maintenance, significantly detracted from the overall experience at the hotel.

Responsive Management: The hotel management promptly refunded us for the first night due to the inconvenience of the power and water outage, without us having to request it. This was a thoughtful and fair gesture that I appreciated. Nice Setting: The Class Hotel, from its appearance and ambiance, has a nice setting which initially seemed promising for a comfortable stay.

The property is in urgent need of maintenance and more staff. The wall in the bathroom had a hole because of something that was removed and not replaced. The curtains and all towels have something written on them such as the room number which makes them look dirty. The carpet on the hallway is very dirty. There is barely no staff during breakfast so the tables aren’t clean. I called the reception 4-5x times during my stay and no one picked up. It’s not the staff’s fault as there aren’t many of them, 2 at the most but usually only 1 person at the reception.

The rooms are spacious and the location is good. One receptionist helped me out when I felt a cigarette smoke coming into my room through the bathroom, they managed to solve the problem.
