I would say that what could be improved was the lighting in the room. The overhead lighting was too harsh and bright. If they changed the lighting to be softer, that would be a nice improvement. Also, I would feel more secure if there was a safe available to place valuable property like passport or money.

I loved the location--very walkable to lots of other restaurants and shops. I also liked the cleanliness and modern feel to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The value for the cost of the hotel stay was great! Overall I can't complain for the price I paid.

Other guests entering and leaving their rooms could be noisy. Also could do with a light over the mirror by the sink. Not easy to shave in your own shadow.

Cleaning staff starts making noise in the hallways very early even on weekends, around 7:30 in the morning.

The water temperature in the shower is not adjustable and sometimes the water was not hot enough. Poor sound insulation, I could hear a lot from the next room and all the way down the hall. It would be good to have a reading lamp or table light somewhere, there is no option for low lighting. The breakfast is average.

Very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Extremely kind, pleasant and helpful staff. Good location, close to restaurants, bars and shops, and 5-minute walk to a bus stop with a direct line to the Iguazu falls, the airport, and other central locations. They also helped me find a tour company that arranges trips to the falls (including the Argentinian side). Overall it definitely met my expectations and I had a very nice and comfortable time.

No view, no balcony or common area outside. Air-conditions are placed at the wall outside, next to the windows, so you hear the noise of the air condition even when you are not using it... but still OK for sleeping well.

Central located, but in a quiet street. Good restaurants nearby. Very kind and helpful stuff - very welcoming and excellent service. Very clean, spacious and modern rooms, hot shower and comfy bed. Good breakfast!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and took care of our belongings both before check-in and after check-out at no charge. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate everything we needed. The rooms were clean and new, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV offered various streaming platforms. Although the breakfast selection was smaller, it was excellent.

I liked everything. It had everything I needed, the sheets were fully cotton and good quality and felt comfortable to the skin. Room was impeccably clean, great desk, great bathroom and the design was nice, not just the standard hotel look. Breakfast was great. The staff was really nice, not only professional but also friendly. Location was good, close (5 minutes walk or less) to the bus to the airport and national Park, restaurants that looked good with reasonable prices and a supermarket very close. Laundry was good value 20 reais per KILO.

Breakfast was rather basic. Although for the rooms is indicated they have a view, this only means they have a window. In front of our window was a blind wall.

Quiet rooms and very comfortable beds. The room was efficient, but not large. Breakfast started early and a late check out is possible at a little fee. The hotel is well located in the city center.

A newly built place with a nice design giving it a personality. Everything is clean and nice. And I just loved to find the bath towel folded like an elephant on my bed.

The desk wasn't super sturdy and I had some issues with the WiFi - it works fine for most purposes but I was working through VPN and could not access some network folders and apps and my IT help desk said it was because the internet connection was unstable. When I relocated to new hotel in Ciudad Del Este, it worked fine again. The breakfast was basic and the same every day which got a little old on 3rd day. My bedroom view was a wall.

Functional and well-situated hotel with nice and helpful staff. Housekeeping staff serviced the room daily. There are some great restaurants nearby within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Nice large, comfortable bed. The hotel was good value compared with other options in the area. The staff were all very nice.

When walking into the room, a dirty towel was left, so the room wasn't cleaned properly. There was no water left in the room, which most hotels leave for guests. Breakfast was okay, not really catered for those who don't eat pork. Would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room to be able to make tea. Also surprised no iron was available.

Floor 1 is open to the lobby atrium and the hard wall and floor surfaces act as a bit of a echo chamber so you can hear noise from the reception in the rooms. Don't know what other floors are like

Rooms are not ready to receive the guests. Very small, cheap design. What ever you touch feels like gonna broke soon. We had a leak in the bathroom, they moved us to ground floor room, even worst. Pain still on the walls, floor not clean, hairs in then bathrooms. Toilet blocked in the morning. We suppose to stay another night but left.
