You only get a thin sheet as blanket. A normal blanket costs extra. The male dorm has 16 beds, which is not really visible in the photos. Still I was the only guest in that room due to the low season. There is no stove to cook things

It’s in a rather quite area, but some nice bars and restaurants are close by. Metro station Paraiso is very close. Breakfast was good, even with banana bread one day. The interior is nicely done

They put guests in adjacent beds even though the dorm is empty (2 beds used out of 16) - this happened the last time I stayed too. It just makes it unnecessarily crowded with bags by the beds when there is so much free space elsewhere. Otherwise, can't fault the service and staff :)

This a great choice - clean, comfortable dorm. Clean bathrooms. Great wifi. Great location for digital nomads as very quiet during the day. This was my second stay and is my preferred hostel for São Paulo. Highly recommended - stay here!

Women snoring in the female-only dorm was unfortunate. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask as the curtains don't block the sunlight.

This is a lovely place to stay for a few nights in São Paulo. Really friendly and helpful staff, everywhere was really clean, comfy beds with privacy curtains and access to a plug. Perfect for digital nomads as the wifi is excellent and there are quiet spaces to work. Also a luxury to have a laundry service on site. A great location too - it's very close to the metro which has a direct line to/from the central bus station. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

None of the staff spoke any English. Every single thing besides the bed itself -- from soap to blanket -- was extra charge. Breakfast wasn't particularly vegan-friendly (not that it ever is at hostels, but just FYI, fellow vegan travelers). Personally, I'd prefer free soap and blanket over free breakfast. There is a kitchen, but it's not equipped with much besides a microwave (i.e. there is no stove). To boil water, I had to ask the staff to bring out a kettle which I wouldn't be able to access otherwise. I was moved from female to mixed dormitory on the second night, because the hostel was expecting "a large party of teenagers". I don't think there was a way to control the AC, so I was freezing during the night. Saw some tiny insects parading around the lockers in the mixed dorm, perhaps attracted by someone's forgotten soda bottle that was just standing there for two days.

The subway is close. The staff was nice enough, despite us having to converse via Google Translate. The vibes were very calm, with quiet hours instilled, so it was a good place to rest and get over my jetlag. Everything seemed clean.

Staff amongst the best I've ever come across. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast lovely. Location excellent. Great place. Highly recommended. Google maps gives the location as at the paraiso metro but you turn right outside the metro, right again and left.

They have a kitchen, but it is only grill and microwave so you are limited with no stove to cook. It was quiet in the hostel, not too many guests so not that social backpacker atmosphere that some might look for. If you just want a nice clean ideal place to relax though it would be great

It's 2 minutes from the metro. Very clean all over the hostel There is a basic breakfast included, it was some juices, tea / coffee, bread, spreads and some fruits. The beds had curtains for privacy, plug sockets and a light. Lockers also in the room.

I think they could include a bench or a table inside the shower room. Or maybe more hangers for clothes, towels and etc.

The beds are really confortable and the location could not be better. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was simple, but delicious. I could work normally, the internet is fast and stable.

I have been to this hostel before. It looks more like a hotel. Staff members are very accommodating (specially Maria Luiza), room is spacious, quiet, bed with new mattress and guests very respectful regarding noises and general cohabitation.

We have to pay to store our bags before check-in, and if we want an early check-in, there’s an additional fee. Otherwise, we’re not allowed to use the common areas before check-in, including tables for working or even a place to rest. We have to wait outside the hostel until check-in time. This is the first time I've encountered this, as I’m usually able to wait in the common areas.

The room was ok with 2 bathrooms what is very good. it was very clean also. Localization is ok.

one night there was water running down on the wall next to my bed. It wasn’t even raining outside.. On the breakfast table there were ants on the fruit plate. Staff speaks no English. The hostel was also empty, didn’t even see another person.

Very poor breakfast, 2 beverage, margarine and bread and banana only. None of the staff speak English, we tried to use Google translate for communication. No elevator to third floor, some curtains around the bed fall down easily
