Central location not far from terminal rodoviaria and the beach. Large room corresponding to the description at Booking. All the facilities in the room were in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable bed and bedclothes.

The staff is excellent, we traveled with a baby and they went above and beyond to make sure we could access the kitchen at all times to feed, wash the water bottles and the had coffee ready at all times for the clients. Location is great, we didn’t use the pool which is located in the back of the parking lot but we certainly went to some of the beaches around the area. If you are traveling with your family and want a good value for money with very attentive staff this hotel is a good choice. Good breakfast as well.

Great location! It was only 6 min from the bus stop, and less than a mike to the shops and restaurant area. Staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. We were served a HUGE breakfast.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and making an effort to answer questions (even helping us with a parking query for Paraty, a nearby town). The hotel itself is lovely, very clean with really interesting decoration and character. The breakfast is also wonderful, they bring out a large selection of items to try, certainly more than we could finish! Would recommend 10/10!

People that work there were super helpful, friendly and polite, everything was always clean and tidy. The hotel is really close to the center of Ubatuba, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

In addition there is a pool and many seating options on the terrace. Promenade and shopping facilities only a few meters away.

Lovely hotel with beautiful wooden art on the walls, swimming pool and a lot of plants everywhere. Nice traditional Brazilian breakfast, friendly staff (even without speaking English they always tried to help us with a translation app).
