They offered a double-decker bus that in the end had a different time schedule than we expected. In the end all was worked out. But they are not even part of the hotel. Great hotel.

The location is perfect, the value is great, the staff was very helpful and the hotel's restaurant is probably one of the best I have been in my life. Indeed, I was hoping to know better about the food scene in Fortaleza, but the restaurant of the hotel was so good and with so many local ingredients that we decided to go a few times.

Beautiful , top hotel with a great view. Right in the center of avenida beira mar, fantástic neighbourhood by the way, very safe and beautiful The nightlife is great as well. The feirinha beira mar is always worth a stop. The Hotel is Right across it. Loved our stay. The café da manhã is perfect.

The staff is very friendly. The location is wonderful. The view from the rooftop pool is incredible. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large. The breakfast is complete, with absolutely everything from tapioca and omelets made on the spot, to sweet fruits, various cakes, cold cuts, juices, it is wonderful. The view from the room we stayed in was so beautiful. It's been a long time since I've seen such a well-trained and friendly team.

The pool could close a bit later. I love pretty much everything, maybe the late check out could be an option when we book.

The location couldn't be better. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were functional and comfortable. The hotel is modern and well cared. The breakfast were excellent. The pool and roof bar were beautiful. Special thanks to Milena and Alice (If I remember their names) who cleaned our room and to Valdemir, who was working serving the breakfast. I used the gym 2 times and the facility is great. Even the option for late check out was fantastic. Our flight back was 22:25, paying extra for check out at 18:00 was perfect for us.

For a hotel located in a tourist area, the staff does not speak English, only Portuguese. This was a major barrier.

Very minor things, bathroom were still some hairs after cleaning, room is a bit basic but STUNNING view. Towels in room not completely soft anymore.

Very good facilities, location. Loved the room and the sea view from there. The check-in was done smoothly and the check-out out of ours was smooth as well.

The wardrobe should be bigger, now it is quite small even after the renovation. Plastic cups in the room are not really suitable for a hotel of this level. There used to be glass drinking glasses, where have they been?

Great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, varied and plentiful breakfast. Friendly professional and considerate staff. Our standard hotel, and especially after the extensive renovation, very up-to-date!

There is a small space in the swimming pool on the rooftop.

The location is excellent. The room was clean, with a good space and well decorated. The breakfast had a lot of options and a nice staff. Very nice hotel. I would definitely go back.

Very clean, close to the main part of Beira Mar, the pool was really pretty, I could use the hotel bikes for free, the staff was really nice and polite.
