During breakfast, the kitchen staff spoke too loudly in the kitchen. I could hear them from the restaurant, which was unpleasant.

The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The reception staff was very helpful. The sauna, gym and swimming pool were good. They gym had no vertical bike which was a pity.

The bath towels are really old. Some had holes in it. A real shame. There were no tioletries apart from a soap bar and cheap shampoo/conditioner. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. There is no restaurant serving lunch or dinner and no room service. Restaurant only offers breakfast. There are a few items to be purchased at reception but they are very expensive.

Nice hotel for business people. Internet is fast, room is spacious with a desk and good views of the park. Shower is strong and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast choices are great. Vallet parking is great although it took some time to get my car during busy hours in the morning.

We were hearing people in the corridor, so we are not sure if the room was really acoustically isolated as promised. However, we were not hearing any people in other rooms, so we guess it was okay

You can tell the property was very nice in its day - it’s dated but my room was light and bright and airy so to me that was a complete win. I faced over the park and the fresh air is great. Breakfast is good. Everything is solid- service, room, location is walkable. It serves my purpose well.

There were a few broken items in the bathroom, I assumed the staff would fix them when they came to clean, but no. It was ignored and a little inconvenient to me.

The hotel offers parking with valet. The staff is very friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is great because you have great restaurants, bakeries, and attractions at a walking distance. The room is large and spacious. Also, the view to the Square is beautiful. The breakfast is good with a fine variety of foods and fruits.

you have to pay for parking lot. it didn’t have towels for shower in my room. I asked for it the night I got there bc we wanted to take shower early morning. the receptionist asked me to go to the entrance to get it bc he was there by himself. after few seconds he said he would figure out a way to take it to us. in the morning I had to call the receptionist again bc it wasn’t delivered to us. after 30 minutes I had to call the third time to ask for it bc my husband was taking shower but didn’t have the towel.

The exercise facilities were lacking - cleanliness and a pool was missing. Thrre was a community ironing room - not acceptable.

The breakfast was good but needed a little variety after a few days. The rooms were kept clean though we could have used a few more towels. There was a coffee bar and microwave available at all timrs. A pleasant reception area. They provided us with cuttlery for a specisl occasion and allowed us to take breakfast to the room for a sick guest!! They were very accommodating and we had an enjoyable stay.
