Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff doesn't speak English. Not understanding to resolve the problem Pool was too hot to get in and refresh on the hot day Also the facilities of the outside areas are poor and look like nobody take care Wifi was very slow in the room only in the lobby you can connect
Full breakfast with everything you can eat. Area of the hotel look safe

Towels were super old and some furniture was dirty.
Location is very good and the breakfast is also good. Big, comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was very limited unfortunately. A lot of cakes, but few healthy choices. We stayed for a week, and we stopped eating there at the end and rather ate out instead. Also very bad English knowledge. I think maybe one staff member spoke English and they did not work in the restaurant. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and did their best.
We really liked the rooms, very spacious and clean. The location was great as well. It was only a short walk to Paulista Avenue and the area felt very safe as well.

Nothing.
Very nice building and room in the heart of SP. The building has a mixed use: Airbnbs and hotel. The facilities are not new but they are very well maintained and everything is kept very clean and in super good shape. The room was very big and with a lovely view over the city from out window (12th floor). The area was superb, very residential, felt safe and super close to downtown (barely 10 mins walking).

Bathroom looks like a bit older but not that damage our staying.
It’s in a perfect location, 500 meters from Avenida Paulista and the metro station. A safe neighbourhood compared to others São Paulo places.

few choices of breakfast and not very good qulaity
good location which is close to avenue Paulist. It's coinvent to get to shopping malls, cafe , supermarkets by walking from the hotel.

The breakfast staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, but there is some room for improvement in terms of variety.
Very nice location, and friendly, helpful staff (restaurant, cleaning, front desk) ready to accommodate and facilitate guests' requests. It allows you to get around central São Paulo efficiently, and within easy reach of both airports (avoiding rush hour).

Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurant in this unit still leaves something to be desired as breakfast is included in the stay, I need to record the opportunity for improvement here.
The front desk staffing did an amazing job with a warmer welcoming to myself and my wife at the check in offering a good experience all the way thru my stay.

Check in was a slow process and unfortunately, the member of staff checking my daughter and I in was not very warm or welcoming.
The location is good walking distance to some of the highlights - Paulista Avenue, Museum of Art of Sao Paulo on Paulista Avenue and close to GRU airport. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of choice. The reception area is really inviting and modern!

i pay in USD when check in ,but the hotel can not provide the invoice in USD when i check out. but i really need the USD invoice, or can give me the same value real invoice. this is not good !!!

Gym equipment was not so good unfortunately
Very nice hotel. Entrance and breakfast room beautiful. Bedroom was very good, clean and comfortable. Rooftop swimming pool with awesome view. Workers very helpful. I did not expect valets for the car but it was what I needed without even knowing it.
