We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainOur room key didn’t work and it made us waste a bit of time. Also, you can hear the noise from the street as if the windows were open. Room was pretty small and the shower pressure started strong but went weaker.
It is very well-located, near Paulista and well-connected too. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable and shampoo was provided.

Russiathe window to the balcony wasn't shut tight. So there was noise from the street all night. This is probably the only disadvantage. The air conditioning is excellent, the internet is also excellent
Everything was very decent. Breakfast was excellent ! tasty amlet, watermelon and melon, banana and apples (but the apples were not edible) Coffee normal too. 2 kinds of juices. I liked the amlet. But every day it's the same breakfast. Amlet is good, but it is impossible to eat it every morning! It is possible to change a little bit.

FranceUnfortunately i got a room at first floor in front of the street. On the street they were doing some renovation works during all the night and it was very complicated to have a good sleep during my stay.
Room was big and clean, wifi was working fine. Close to Vergueiro metro station and a nice shopping mall and also to Avenida Paulista. Rich buffet breakfast included in the price.
