Bathrooms are outdated , the building needs some extra care, it’s a beautiful place but requires more maintenance to keep looking good, bedsheets are not good and barely fits the bed, keep In mind I choose a regular room, maybe in some different options the quality may be better. Overall I think it’s worth it

The weight room is modest, some of the pull down equipment falls off when you are using it. They are open hooks, rather than a clip system .Actually a hazard.These equipment should really be upgraded or replaced.

The hotel is well located near many very nice restaurants. The staff are terrific, super house cleaning. A large buffet style breakfast is offered, and dining room staff are also very attentive. A friendly welcoming atmosphere all around.

Staff at front desk appeared to be always very occupied and thus inattentive. A greeting hello or goodbye as guests come and go would be welcoming. Also, we were not shown he hotel facilities or instructed on where the breakfast was served. Maybe it was just a busy time.

Not sure what the trick with the bar was- we were told it’s open yet nobody was there to provide service…

Despite communication issues (language barrier) the staff were very friendly, attentive and really worked hard to ensure everyone’s looked after. The location of the property is good, with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was just enough size-wise, although it felt a bit dark due to the proximity of the high rise block in front of it.

Lovely staff, good hotel facilities. The hotel is in two parts, ist not just a colonial style house, it has a 7 storey addition to the back. Good pool area on the rooftop also a gym. Breakfast buffet was very varied and the restaurant was adequate. The staff were very helpful and professional including one woman who spoke excellent English which helped us. Near to some restaurants, walkable from the city centre if you like walking.

Some rooms on 7th floor may get noise from people dropping weights in the gym on the 8th floor.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a good area that you feel safe walking around in. The restaurant and breakfast are good quality food with a wide variety.

the room had some odor in the courtains, like if it was some perfume or ambient odorizer. It doesn't go well when you have asthma or rinitis.

Room could be bigger. Restaurant food is not that great. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner options are not recommendable. There is not much in walking distance by the hotel. Neighboring buildings are a bit beaten down. No fitness on site.
