We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaLikes: -staff were genuinely friendly and helpful in the lobby and reception (all of them but I’d like to mention JaIran and Alexander to have a special appreciation for them). They spent so much time explaining attractions and sharing their information. Also had laughter with them which made my time even more memorable. - great pool facilities. They had even thought of your beach towel and umbrella. - Rooms, gym, sauna and pool were very clean. - fantastic view. - when we arrived one of the drinks bottles was empty and we hadn’t noticed until the second day but when we raised it with reception, they trusted us straight away and refilled with no charges. What could improve: Room’s hair dryer could be a better one.

UkraineDear Miramar, This has been the best sunrise of the year so far! The location on Copacabana Beach is simply stunning. The top floor is a true gem, complete with a pool area and breathtaking views of both sunsets and sunrises! Every cent we spent was absolutely worth it – thank you so much for an unforgettable experience! As for the downsides: the kitchen could use some improvement. It wasn't anything exceptional, but to be honest, food isn't our main focus. Overall, we had an amazing time!

United KingdomThe only downside for me was the beds were very firm to hard and unfortunately I had a sore back waking up every morning which got worse as the week went on, House keeping did place a thick blanket under the sheet to try and soften the bed but unfortunately it didn't do much. If you don't mind a firm mattress you should be fine.
The Hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the beach. The staff were very nice and helpful and I thought it was pretty good value for money, We had trips organised by the hotel and also outside agencies and found the hotel price to be very competitive in comparison, The breakfast was very good and fresh fruit as well as cooked breakfast was available Overall a lovely place to stay for the week

That said I am absolutely nitpicking as another 5 star hotel down the road we stayed at initially was in much much much worse condition. I would still recommend people to stay here

Fantastic location, literally across the road from the beach. Walking distance to other areas. The hotel itself was beautiful and well looked after. Breakfast was lovely and restaurant excellent.

JapanIt was a bit pricey. To provide everything that was provided without compromising on quality and cleanliness can still be achieved for a little less, I think.
The hotel experience was truly remarkable! The staff were professional and attentive. The restaurant was nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful. My biggest concern was the lack of piece of mind in the booking process. The fraudulent messages I received on multiple occasions suggesting I hadn’t paid and might lose my reservation. Upon contacting the hotel directly, I was reassured. However, no one wants to go through that. But, I was pleased to see the seamless check in upon arrival. The check in time was minimal and the staff were very well prepared. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.
