We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe bedroom was too small and v little room to get to the far side of the bed . This was hindered also by the air con unit which was very powerful but way too noisy and cold to have on when in the bedroom . The reception desk staff are very pleasant but know nothing about the accommodation .
Really nice self contained unit . The open plan lounge , kitchen area was light and spacious . Great location to access North Village and walk down to Main Village and Blackcombe.

CanadaThe door to my washroom was broken (the hinge was not functioning). As well, for the price charged, I was disappointed that I had to take my garbage/recycling to the parking level. Would have appreciated just being able to leave it in the room in a garbage bag upon checkout.

ThailandI had an adjoining door to the next door Luckily the person kept the same hours but I could hear everything.
The location is good for the free bus to the slopes and to the supermarket and restaurant. The bed was comfortable. Whistler accommodation prices are now extortionate. I won’t be coming back.

United KingdomWe stayed at 301 and the pull out bed was terrible. It made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The owner of that room should definitely consider getting a new one. I also felt like the gym could have been open earlier, especially since it’s not managed.
The hot tub, swimming pool and gym were great. Parking was additional but not too expensive. Front staff were helpful. The room was well equipped and clean.
