The unit itself seems very tired and outdated. It also needs a deep clean - baseboards are filthy, marks around doorknobs from repeated touching, soiled spot on back of bathroom door from proximity to baseboard heater, old urine visible around toilet hinges, etc.

Excellent location and also loved the lay-out and overall space in the unit. The pool and hot-tub were amazing as well.

House keeping is not very often, especially change towels and garbage bins. Also, lack of soap and shampoo. Only one of each for 4 nights is not enough.

Best location and clean. Swimming pool and hot tub are also nice. I can check the line up of gondola in my room through the window.

There was no dishwasher detergent in the unit. When we contacted Vacasa they told us to load the dishwasher and leave it for the cleaners. They did not supply us with any so we had to do dishes by hand for several meals.

No servicing of apartment mid week as its a Vacasa rental via Bookings.com. This also means that the main desk is no help whatsoever, you need to message Vacasa direct for help. The sofa bed needs mattress replaced . Main bedroom bed is very comfortable.

Ski in , ski out. Ski hire within the building & easy walk for dining etc.

The apartment is on the outdated side. The furniture and decorations have been there from a long time and some needs some maintenance, the blinds on the sliding door were broken. You can hear the elevator, which is beside the guest room all way to the living room, and it runs non stop. The linens were all lower quality and felt hard, but they were clean, so thats better than soft. What was not cleaned properly, the only reason I am giving a lower rating to this place is, the master bedrooms's bathroom smelled like vomit, the smell was strong and it wouldn't go away. That made it for an uncomfortable sleep in the master room.

The Aspens is in a great location for skiing in and out. Even thought the Pool and HotTub don't open until late, it was a great amenity to have. The apartment was good to stay in.

I was the unlucky one to sleep on the sofa bed - it is curved inwards and gave me a total lower back pain (still there a day after checkout). Family member who slept on the actual bed had no complaints, though.

Awesome location next to the black comb gondola, really clean, has all basics you need to prepare own food.

People who cannot follow the set hot tub rules. NO GLASS MEANS NO GLASS. Having lost the hot tub for a 2 days last year to get a broken glass cleaned out and have the tub deep cleaned was a real pain. The management are constantly checking to see individuals are using their own plastic cups or the provided ones. Also the gym not opening until 8am.

A very quiet room on the external side of the building. Also on the ground floor making access at end of a hard day on the slopes easy, even for the most tired of individuals. Close enough to local eateries and bars and only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main village stroll in Whistler.

We stayed in Aspens 214. The pull out sofa bed was too small to accommodate 2 teens comfortably. One of my teens slept on the side couch. We would definitely opt for a 2 bedroom next time for 4 people.

Great location. True Ski in/Ski out with convenient rental shop and ski valet on site. Pool and 3 hot tubs were a treat after a ski day. Quick walk down mountain in to Blackcomb Village and close to free shuttle to the Main Village. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely return to the Aspens.

The condo its self is bare bones and not very cozy feeling for a "ski condo". Needs more furniture, bigger couches and tables.

Small TV screen. No TV in the bedroom. The oven light wouldn't go off.

Breakfast? I didn't know there was a free breakfast that came with the room. Sorry I missed that. Loved the large room and all the security codes. Parking was worth the $25 a night!

I did not like the fact that you could not check in early regardless of the room being ready. It was simply not allowed and a 4 oclock check in is late as it stands. I have stayed at the Aspens many times and always was able to check in an hour or two before check in. I will never stay at this particular room again as a result of this as there is always other rooms to stay in at the Aspens

the location of the Aspens is great.
