The noise levels being on the 1st floor were loud. If we went back we would try staying on the second floor to compare. But the price and convenience made it worth it.

Loved the room! Cozy and clean with an updated shower and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is really conveniently located to the city (25min walk, 5minute bus every hour). And the hot tub was great! Best part, this was a five minute walk to La petite cachée, an amazing restaurant. 10/10 recommend you visit it.

Breakfast was very basic, the bread and bagels were not fresh. Would have been better if there was some protein included. The rooms were tiny and felt they are a bit overpriced for the size. They are also not sound proof and the rooms are pretty close, so its not very quiet if all the rooms are occupied.

Located very close to the village, less than a 10 minute drive and about 25 minute walk with some pretty good scenic views. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The walls are thin, so we heard people in the hallway, and our neighbour's showering and flushing the toilet. A couple of suggestions: 1. Have a boot/shoe mat so that the wet boots don't dirty the nice wood floor. 2. Have a bath/shower mat - maybe it was just forgotten. 3. Add another hook in the bathroom to be able to hang up a second towel. 4. Add a couple of coat hooks near the door.

The included breakfast - bagels, toast, yogurt, juice and coffee machine - simple but good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The "almost on-demand" shuttle service to and from Mont Tremblant was a great bonus.

Lack of staff at the reception. We had to wait for someone to come and give us keys. There was no one at the hotel as staff which felt weird.

Breakfast was just OK. Toast, muffins, yogurt. Hot tub was set at 109 degrees, too hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down.

Walking distance to Tremblant. Received a free upgrade to a bigger room because there was a vacancy. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Staff (Stephanie) was very nice and helpful.
