An early check in option or ability to leave bags would have been nice. The gym didn't have much tonaork with.

Great location close to st Jovite and Tremblant. Room was comfortable and clean. The spa and sauna were also nice.

There is a note on a sauna entrance door that kids below 16 y.o. aren’t allowed and bo one cares cause no one watching, and pretty often kids are coming in and out constantly without understanding what’s this about, by doing that the heat coming out cause the door is open a lot,I don’t blame kids but adults shout be informed about that on a front desk and maybe sign some agreement, my opinion The TV in a room would be good to have smart with an access to Netflix and YouTube,

It’s my second time I stayed at AX, like the beds, rooms are nice, sauna is important for me and theirs one is a good one, unfortunately no one cares about the access allowed for 16 y.o. and older, there is a not on a sauna entrance door. Although it’s located little far from slopes but it’s 300meters away from metro and Main Street with restaurants,

Although it is close to the restaurants and shops of the village (10 mins walk), it is quite a climb uphill to return to the hotel. Despite the proximity, with young children we always took the car.

The hotel was really clean and the room felt spacious for our family of 4 (children 0.5 and 3.5 years old). Nice view overlooking the church and Christmas tree of St Jovite. The lobby was clean, comfortable, equipped with high chairs . Coffee and pastry were delicious.

The room was nice and cozy and very warm.

We stayed for a whole week, and the room was spacious and lovely, but there was no microwave where we could heat up food or prepare anything we wanted. I believe each room should be equipped with a microwave or at least have a microwave in the lobby for the guest to use.

Funny smell at first when we entered the room, but we got used to it. Pool was supposed to be "adults only" after 9 pm however there were kids in the pool after 10 pm being loud. No one was there to supervise them or to advise them that it was adult time.

Loved the hotel, great for a getaway. The hotel was very clean and modern. I really liked the main lobby area because it was a nice place to hang out, games for the kids, and spacious to accommodate many people. The pool and sauna were definitely a plus! The gym was small but accommodating. We did not try the food, but from the looks of it, they didn't seem well equipped to cook meals, only snacks and drinks.

I think the room didn’t smell the best it was a little moldy whilst the hallway was fresh as a daisy The toilet was also making noises most of the night.

Pool is not clean and A noisy hotel. There is a constant door sound. And they don't clean the floors when the room is being cleaned

Bad sound isolation, you could hear someone snoring in the room next door.

Flat pillows and not very soft beds, but they gave enough towels

Was convenient to town for meals. They have a happy hour available, but couldn’t use one evening because they had a huge birthday party- not sure how many were sleeping at hotel.
