Heating unit kept us up all night, very loud. When we asked about the unit we were told all rooms had them and some were louder than others and we could shut the unit off and they would give us extra blankets. The morning lady was very rude but the afternoon lady was much nicer.

Location, driving within 15 min to ski hills and walking distance to centre-ville.

Free Shuttle Service . Waited an hour for shuttle to the ski hill. There was quite a crowd of people waiting. The shuttle stopped, did NOT open the door and then drove away. Luckily our party did have a car so we were able to get to the mountain. As transportation via shuttle is not reliable I don’t think I would stay here again.

Two out of four electric chargers were broken. It would be so much better if hotel could offer real restaurant meals, not only some snacks that their cafe has.

Nice comfortable bed, very clean room. The hotel location is closed to nice restaurants and not so far from Tremblant village. The hot tub and sauna were amazing as well. Great price for the value in general.

Next time I will upgrade to the king room with a couch and full kitchenette. The rooms also need safes.

Love the location and ability to walk into town for dinner. Sauna and hot pool were wonderful and the teenagers used the adjacent tubing hill.

Very convenient near Tremblant village, for inside the bed where surprisingly amazing comfortable and very clean, dishes in cabinets that is an extra. Layout of the room very pleasant and I liked the long bench no one had to put luggage on floor, very ++

First night very noisy above us. As on a previous occasion. After complaining the next morning (as we were too tired to go down during the night), the next night was quiet.

We did not use the breakfast facilities. Love the location near St Jovite.

The breakfast menu offered in the cafe was very limited and as already stated a little on the expensive side.

Breakfast was optional , and was ok, but a little bit on the expensive side. Location was good, providing ease of access to the surrounding area...and within reasonable walking distance to a range of eating establishments, though not many were open at the time of our stay in early November.

Our coffee maker didn't work. Forgot to tell staff but left the squished coffee pods (very small) that wouldn't pierce beside it. Also would be nice to have a TV guide instead of having to flip through channels.

Clean and like the pool but should have built a spa and tone down the pool temparature a bit but that's preference, but you have a great opportunity to make it a spa retreat etablishment by making it a bit bigger with a spa set up

Breakfast is quite poor and no many options. Cleaning of the room not included and it had not been a problem for our 2 nights stay. In the room the is a nespresso but just 2 capsules and not replaced after first day. Going to sauna and pool without the bathrobe is not so good.

The hotel is very good, wonderful the swimming pool and sauna. Everything clean and relaxing.
