No storage space for clothes, we were living out of our suitcases and even used kitchen cupboards to store clothes (they really should install some storage in the bedrooms). The front door is not well insulated, quite noisy if people walk in the hallway. Bedrooms are tiny. Every morning the garbage truck makes quite some noise in front of the hotel loading garbage.

Great location, right in town and near the bus stop for Lake Louise, Norquay and Sunshine. Well equiped kitchen, making it very easy to cook for the family. Nice living room and large television. Very comfortable beds. Good storage of Skis and Ski boots.

Second bedroom is tight. Cannot even open a suitcase with the available floor space.

Parking was painful. We had a large 4 x 4 and it didn't fit in the undercover parking. Street parking was $60 a day.

Unfortunately, the bedroom was too small that there was no space to put your suitcases. We had to put 2 suitcases in the living room as there wasn't any room in the bedroom. Not ideal as a family of 4 and having nowhere to put any suitcases.

The train going through Banff was very loud at night/early in the morning but I imagine this would be an issue with most accommodation in the town

The apartment had lots of amenities and was right next door to a supermarket and very central! Close to ski shuttle buses and all bars and restaurants in Banff town.

The central location was super convenient. We found walking to nearby restaurants and Banff's many walking trails easy. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were quiet, so we slept very well. The directions for the entry codes were also clear and easy to follow.

If you have a vehicle over 6 ft tall you have to park on the street which can be tricky in that area.

Hallway noise carried into room. A child ran down the hallway late into the night.

Perfect location attached to the shopping mall and grocery store. Hot tub on roof was an added bonus. Kitchen was well stocked.

Convenient parking but be aware height limit is low so an issue for larger vehicles or roof racks. Other parking is available. Coin laundry around the corner worked well. Very well equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms in this particular unit were too small: no room to move around the bed, no bedside tables or lamps, and and no closets for clothing etc. We've stayed at Basecamps before, and not all rooms are the same. The hosts tried to get us into a different apartment, but rooms were booked up.

Parking is available on site for a price but it's single entry only. There is free street parking after 8pm but fills up very quickly.

Very nice room/ unit. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave made it easy to make meals in the room. The table sat all 4 of us very comfortably. There are 2 grocery stores within a short waking distance. The bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop hottubs were a nice treat. You can access the mall thru the parkade. The location is right downtown, so there are many shops, cafes, and restaurants within a short walking distance

Not sure if there is any way to avoid this (eg rearrangement of furniture), but the diagonal sloped, solid wall in the bedroom was low and we bumped into it a number of times when getting to the window side of the bed.

Pricey for a family trip but great for girls weekend! No in and out parking at the hotel which is not great.

Great beds / kitchen area and living room excellent for hanging out. Two full bathrooms were awesome! Location! So close to everything!
