Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel exceeded expectation. even refunded some of the money after we could not check in on the day we had originally booked because of a delay. Breakfast was excellent, room was very good and clean, lots of parking available.

The hottub at our end was closed and we didn't know there was another one available in the main building. The coax cable for the TV was damaged and had to be had to be propped in just the right angle to work.
Room was very spacious and the bed comfortable.. Checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good and the hours were great. Staff was very helpful.

Maybe a centre carpet would have been great in between the two beds I have in my room. Waking up to step on a bare floor in the cold is not really fantastic.
I needed to stay fir two extra hours after the check out time, I was accommodated at no extra cost. That was the humane part of their services that I really appreciate.

Area surrounding the hotel
Great spot to get to an early flight. Sketchy area, lots of garbage on the side of the road, beside the property when we were there. Nothing close by for coffee or snacks. Breakfast was nice.

Beds didn't have a cozy covering - and there was no extra blanket in the room, so I had to use the coverings on the next bed. My luggage was stored in a room that was supposed to be locked, and when I got there, the door was wide open. It could have been stolen! Luckily it was not, but that could have been serious and was a serious oversight of the staff.

Kind and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. Swimming in the pool was nice. The bed were comfortable with so many fluffy pillows :) Loved that Ricky's was connected. The food there was amazing!

All was good. Exceptional is not a category in any hotel our pocket book allows but very good is great for us.
Check in on line was not favourable but when we went with a third party we got the room we wanted. When arriving, staff gave up information for next time we have an issue with on line booking. Staff at front desk was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and room size we chose was good for a one night stay - standard king.

Location close to hospital and hospice centre. Easy access, good value for the price. Updated rooms. Very comfortable pillow top beds. Lots of extras including a snack & drink offered for a later evening check in. My room was warm & comfortable. Breakfast included was exceptional.

I did hear footsteps above me in 2 of the 3 different rooms I slept in.
Staff were very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Pillow top beds and sheets very comfortable. All areas especially the room were clean and modern with lots of extras for your convenience. Breakfast buffet was incredibly laid out with many options that changed daily.

I could hear the people stepping upstairs late at night 2 of the 3 nights I stayed. I always wear ear plugs but it still came through and late showers.
Staff were friendly, professional, accommodating! Facilities were very clean! Lots of extras appreciated- snack & drink offered at check in, bath anti skid mat in each bathroom, Tea and Coffee pods, very comfortable pillow top mattresses and sheets, modern updates, microwave and fridge in each unit, 2 suitcase holders and the breakfast included was the best spread I have seen! 4 hot breakfast entrees with cereals, pastries, breads and fruit!
