Walls are a bit thin so you'll need to be extra mindful during quiet hours but honestly wasn't an issue at all for us.

Super clean and tidy. Vinh & Thu were friendly, professional and polite during correspondence. Such a lovely little spot! It's really not that much of a hassle to get transport either - there was a bus stop close by, within a 5 minute walk.

It was a shared bathroom, it was our last time booking so we couldn’t get the private bathroom that’s the only disappointing part for me.

It’s so quiet and calm place. We didn’t had any trouble at the place. The owner was nice. Very clean room and bathroom. I really liked that they kept some water bottles in the room. Worth for the price.

Owners of the property was really nice and reliable. Provided plenty of water and coffee. Had a microwave and refrigerator for us to use. Living room and bedroom was spacious.

The stairs were steep, so I don't recommend this property to anyone with issues handling steep stairs.

The ease of check in. The facilities were very neat and clean with many amenities offered including a full kitchenette.

Everything was great. I advise everyone to choose this settlement. Here you can have a good time and have a good rest. Nice rooms, everywhere is clean and everything works. I also received a nice gift that I did not expect.

The house rules were overwhelming in the beginning but we got used to it. Wifi wouldn't be working at a 100% in the living room but was okay in all other areas.

Toiletries given were good. Water bottles were provided- we were given extra on top or that- owner was very nice and replied quickly. Place was warm and very nice Would def come back

Not advertised as included but there was a very nice coffee station with water and snacks. This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. Ample space and very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this anyone who wants to stay in the area :)

First it was a unit in the basement nothing luxurious. There were other units in the basement. We found it very difficult to locate with a very short height at the entrance. However the ad said you get a private kitchen and bath but no it was shared with the other units in the basement. But our unforgettable experience was huge noise from the room beside and sometimes from upstairs. We did not get sleep. Terrible experience. People are just renting to get money without any expenses on the noise proofing. I don’t recommend this place

The ad for this space could be more clear and transparent, as the use of “private entrance” suggests that no one but you will be using it, but if it is being used by all other guests then it is not private. Based on the description alone one could assume it was a fully private unit, but that was not the case. The walls are also rather thin so there is little privacy amongst different guests staying at once. We felt slightly deceived by the wording of the ad.

The bedroom unit and shared amenities were very clean. Close to bus stops that connect to a nearby subway. Kitchen was well stocked.

walls are really hollow, and we could hear each and every single word from the other room very clearly. People in the beside room were very unprofessional and played music very loudly and were talking on top of their voices after 10 pm. although the landlady was very nice and kind to us, we ended up having a bad experience overall during our stay. deluxe means superior kind, but in no way is the room superior ,as there is no insulation in the wall and it is just a drywall.we can clearly hear flush noise from bathroom,snoring from other room
