Staff were very attentive in all departments. Facility was very clean. Wonderful place to go with the family. I like I was able to communicate with front desk through texting and responses were prompt.

I didn't like the nesspresso coffee machine. I just want a coffee in the morning. Not a fancy drink. Also,and I know this is our fault for not double checking the room before we left but we left a half bottle of vodka and when we called we were told they found an empty bottle. Our fault for leaving it but still annoying.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Considering there was a hockey tournament going on it was quiet by bedtime.

We did not know a children's hockey tournament was going on that weekend, so because there were so many kids using the pool area for various activities they families had organized (pizza parties, activities), we did not get to enjoy the pool area or hot tub. The noise level was also very high.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was great to have the restaurant right in the hotel.

The only complaint was pool was to cold and kept most adults out.

There were 4 pillows per bed which is great. However, all big, high pillows. This made it a bit less comfortable for us. I would ensure, if possible, that for each bed 2 of the 4 pillows (half of the pillows) are smaller, lower so it’s more comfortable for your guests. Thank You

Pot smell

Tubs are small but standard, really. The biggest issue was other guests over actual hotel services. Chlorine in the hot tubs is HIGH and no towels can go back and forth from room or pool so pack a cover up!

Amenities were great, beds were soft, rooms a comfortable size.

Only one hot tub was available

Rooms are clean, pool was good but 1 hot tub was down during our stay. Breakfast was supplied with the room and was better than most hotels offer.

one Hot tub was out of order. And nobody fixing it. Children in pool area were unruly and unsupervised by no parents.

Love the location, the pillow top beds and the attention to detail By staff cleaning the room. And I Even got my beds made!!

Really strong chlorine smell in the reception & rest of hotel a bit musty, about time for some renovations! Falls about an hours walk

the location. there are drug addicts in the area for sure. however, they do leave you alone and we never felt like we were unsafe the whole time there. never had to worry about the car in the parking lot either.
