You could absolutely tell that smoking used to be allowed in the room, that smell never goes away.

Great location and excellent price, you can't beat the value. For a motel in Niagara Falls, I was quite surprised!

I really hate to say what I don't like it's not I don't like but I do see some things can be improved. Sorry to say the last few times staying there the carpets are stained and bad in some areas and if walk in bare feet you can tell it's prob been a while since they have had a good deep cleaning. Feels really stiff and sticky. This place was refreshed 6 or 7 years or so ago but there are signs of wear and tear that easily could be fixed. The washroom's white painted tiles show some peeling exposing the old color black I am sure this can be easily touched up and not sure why little things like this aren't fixed as soon as they happen. The sink cabinet and door peeling and again if sealed glued would prevent getting worse. The door into the room has no weather stripping you can see a lot of light and a lot of drafts, something simple like new weather stripping and door sweep would fix the prob. Can not imagine the amount of heat wasted and the cost. The place could need fresh paint to make it not look so dull, mainly there main motel sign and motel doors. If painted could make the place pop again.

I've stayed here dozens of times- I love the location kinda center to Fallsview Casino and Clifton Hill. (15 min walk) Love the retro look of the plate and Cadilac theme. The staff has always been friendly and professional, especially the younger guy who's there in the office on weekends. The beds are comfy and very clean never have seen any issues with the beds. Like the open concept and theme, the desk/chairs room comes with a microwave and mini fridge and the amazing art along the wall above the headboard of retro Cadillacs. This place is a gem and very budget-friendly. \ Best budget-friendly motel in all of Niagrafalls in my opinion

Air conditioner/heater wall unit a little noisy and air freshener a little too strong but the room had obviously been recently well cleaned which could be the strong chemical smell

I was easily walkable to the falls and Clifton Hill but in a quieter location. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean. You can’t beat this price for the value. I’ve stayed at hotels in way worse shape and not as clean for twice the price. The owner was even accommodating about us leaving our car parked in the lot before the next wave of check ins.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. It was fine in the morning, but in the evening and at night, it kept cutting in and out. Also, I had issues with the shower temperature. It was either too hot or too cold.

The areas of improvement for the property are to add a small wardrobe or hangers and hair dryer esp this winter, or mention in the site/ads that we have to bring our own hangers and hair dryer.

What I like about the property are the friendly and helpful property managers, Lisa and Ryan, who waited for our check-in even in the evening and shared the map to see the wonderful lights in Niagara Falls, the cleanliness, orderliness and size of the room, facilities that includes microwave, fridge and tv, the parking at the fromt of the room, and it’s nearness to Niagara Falls.
