Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaI didn't like to stairs because I have problem on my knees.
I like the room. It was fair for one person or even two people to stay, The bed was good and enough for me to relax and sleep at night. There was no breakfast apart from tea and cookies which I didn't enjoy at all.

CanadaMy room had a view of the highway, but that was kind of expected. You could see the highway, but you couldn't really hear it.
Very clean and the beds were comfy.

MexicoNo coffee maker. There is 24 hr. coffee in reception, but having to go at -17 degrees celcius from a remote building to the main one is no pleasure.
Good and reliable WiFi. Free parking. Good, firm mattress, enough power plugs.

CanadaNone of this belongs in a "what we didn't like" section but merits mention somewhere. This property calls itself an "inn" rather than a hotel, which is fair. To be more accurate, it's really more motel-style accommodation. We parked our rental car right outside our door, which was convenient. There is a second floor, however, as well as a small building in the parking lot with additional rooms. Our room also had vinyl plank floors rather than carpet, which is OK because it was fresh and clean and added to the modern feel, but you may want to pack some slippers. Overall, there is a lot to like about this property, especially its price point.
Location, location, location. That's this property's best selling feature. It shares a parking lot with a Tim Hortons and it's within easy walking distance of Sherway Gardens and a ton of restaurants and stores in the area around the mall. TTC bus stops are just steps away, which is super handy. Quick bus to Kipling station, subway to downtown, easy!! Our room was clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The price point is great, too.

CanadaThe lower paying clients get the less attractive rooms, understandably. I was the first room, so entry and exits through the double lobby doors were loud. Think of two college campus style doors with the push bar and loud auto locking click multiple times a night for people coming or going. There was an ugly 15 cm stain on the bottom sheet... not fresh...dry dry dry.
Free parking, close coffee shop, good price.

United StatesOur room was tiny. It was not at all the room that was advertised. We were in a second building separate from the main hotel. They also advertised breakfast but it was not provided. Coffee was available in the office, which was in the main building. The ice machine was also in the main building.
The hotel is centrally located to the mall and highways.

FranceThe room could be a bit cleaner. We got disappointed about the freshness of the milk for breakfast
The room was big with a little kitchen and nice bathroom. The beds were big and comfortable. There are some shops nearby. It's only 20min by car to downtown. It's the cheapest honest hotel you can find in Toronto.
