The room was basic, no coffee maker, cups or glasses (other than wine glasses). Floor was dirty, but beds were very comfortable. Tim Hortons across the parking lot.

Bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner, lacked pillow protectors as well so I had to use a towel over the pillow instead. It would also be helpful to be provided with info such as what’s nearby to visit or small list of nearby stores and restaurants, especially with no breakfast being served during my stay.

There was no breakfast and both the "juice" and coffee were watered down. Floor of room was dirty. We wore socks and both of us noticed how dirty they got.

The location was convenient to freeways but very noisy because it literally was next to a major freeway. Bed was comfortable.

Outside my second stay’s room aircon was a smoking station. Tell me why they have signs at the lobby saying to not smoke within 9 metres of entrance, but they plop a communal ashtray right in front of the unit which literally brings air indoors? The room reeked of cigarette (this also occurred in my first stay cause some arse just lit up outside the space between our rooms and the foul odour poured right in). I had to test out a few other rooms before finding a suitable one; some smelled overwhelmingly of chemical cleaners (not the one right next to the cleaning station though..?) The floors in two (so presumably all) units were absolutely filthy. My socks turned black walking around. I could‘nt get the floors clean using spare towels and they couldn’t give me a mop to do better cause housekeeping was gone. Pretty vile but I guess people wear shoes inside since there aren’t slippers. My first room had some ants invade the bathroom my second last day. Maybe I dropped some drums or something; I’ve been through Central America so this was nothing, but weird to see in winter. Some of the pillows smelled like sweat and were pretty lumpy.

I stayed here on two occasions over a week in a ground floor room on each side. The west has sky and evening sun and feels open, but is much louder due to more highway exposure. East was actually pretty quiet. Paulina at the front was great. Very accommodating when I needed to change my second room (more on that elsewhere). The dude at night my first stay also let me choose my room which was nice.

Bit of an unusual cleaning product smell in the hall. It was very strong, but it wasn't in the room.

Super comfy bed, good water pressure, free coffee, juice and cookies, door entry card always worked, Tim Hortons next door, good free parking.
