the kitchen was missing equipment making it non-functional. There wasn't included breakfast as listed. The "bar" downstairs was Saturday night a techno club, so everything in our room was vibrating with the bass. The quiet hours made no sense as the bar does not comply with these.

Way too over priced for a hostel. I was able to book my own hotel room for the same price. It’s a great hostel I loved it, I just don’t understand how I can get a quiet private hotel for the same price as a loud, busy hostel?

Amazing location, great facilities! Kitchen, lockers, bathroom with showers, privacy curtains, towels. I especially loved that the female rooms were the same price as the mixed room! Super safe environment:)

There was a pub under, so we felt noisy temporarily or sometimes.

The location was the best, it was located in the center of the street, and there were some stores near there.

The room was an okay size but the king bed was too big meaning we were left with hardly any space for luggage. The lobby and kitchen smelled funny. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Would have been nice to have a small bin in the bedroom.

It wasn’t actually noisy overnight despite our room being one of the closest to the bar downstairs - perhaps just a quieter Saturday night, the music stopped by about 11pm. Didn’t meet any staff, it’s all self check-in and out which is fine. Room and bathroom cleanliness was decent. Nice touch to have a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Excellent location, at the very centre of Canmore. Nice and helpful team working there. Iconic, historic place with plenty cues about the past of the place and its importance for the locals.

There was an old, dirty band-aid in our bedsheets which made me wonder if they had been washed. Also had a hard time getting towels for showers.

Very conveniently located in downtown Canmore. Easy to walk to and from nearby bars and restaurants.

Cleanliness of kitchen sink. Loud beeping of access code pads to get into the rooms (avoidable with earplugs). Small and not really comfy common areas.

The bathroom and room were clean. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were provided in the showers, always enough soap and toilet paper. Very easy check-in and check-out. Wasn't as loud as expected from the bar below the hostel, so you could sleep very well (maybe because we stayed there during winter and during weekdays).

Need more options for female-only, didn't feel overly safe with one of our roommates and he was very inconsiderate. One bed was also missing a curtain which would have been terrible if I hadn't asked to switch. I think the space is too small to be considered a "party hostel". Doesn't really allow people who want quieter time to get it.

The location was absolutely awesome and the staff was super friendly. It was also very clean.

The codes that were given for check in didn't work for the both of us. But the person who we text fixed that for us right away.

I liked the people that were their, met two wonderful ladies and that we can keep our own food/cook whenever we want. The location was beautiful! Right in downtown. For the price of two nights it wasn't so bad!

The unlocked 🔓 door into my room frontdoor even didnt work ..and over packed rooms with to much air freshners leaking on everything was gross and was right by my head i unplugged it as my lungs 🫁 couldn't handle it I am Is asthmatic but that's besides the point. Some girls' bf were staying in the lobby for free clearly on drugs, and I mean, we know it's a party hostel but clearly not a trap hostel location. Very odd stuff is going on . Few things I definitely don't recommend paying for .spent most of my time in the suv to do my reading as it doesn't give you that warm chill vibe like some locations It's nice to see the kitchen done better as it's just thrown to the wolves with no structure. Be cool to have the lobby not look like it's a homeless shelter .If you're going to run a hostel in the heart of a beautiful mountain town. Then, use some of your money to put it back into the building. This is a place where people are excited to travel not be grossly disappointed. Granted half the people are drunk so you don't notice but still room for improvement. Thanks for the stay

Kitchen was pretty dirty and hostel was loud till late, tho we knew that coming in so not much of a complaint.
