Beautiful hotel, very accommodating. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. The pool mid morning was completely empty with everyone away skiing for the day so it felt like it was privately booked. Very spacious rooms. The free bus passes made the town very accessible.

The in-room coffee making system is cumbersome and messy. They give you a carafe and a hot pot and little Mason jars of coffee and milk that you have to keep replenishing, the coffee package doesn't even include a spoon, so you have to ask for that, and even with the spoon, it's hard to get the coffee out of the little jars without making a mess. (Of course, you can just go downstairs and get coffee at the cafe.)

Very large room with a little terrace, quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful view, super pleasant staff, beautifully designed hot tubs, easy drive or bus ride to the center of town, nice cafe with a take-out counter that made breakfast easy.

Great view of mountains and outside hot tub was a delight. The beds were situated along the hallway so the noise level as people walked along the hallway was the only downfall of the room otherwise it is a great place to stay in Banff.

Upon entering the hotel, the first experience, one has is with the lobby, which set the stage for the rest of a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one could ask for, the choice of tea or coffee at check-in time was a very classy touch. The staff in general we were very accommodating and friendly. The hot tubs are incredible.

The heater/ac is very loud and there is no way to control it other than unplugging it. The roof top hot tub was packed with party people so we didn’t use it. Our room was right by the elevator so it was very noisy. The staff was very nice and it’s very pet friendly. Would stay again if price is good.

I wish the hotel let housekeeping knew how many people were in a room. We had three people but always only got two towels and robes.

Property is new and tastefully decorated. It has beautiful views, good restaurant, and lovely hot tub and sauna. Standout employees were Troy at the front desk and Sam and Toby at Suddenly Sally Restaurant.

The mini refrigerator is really small.

The staff was excellent, great location, clean and well maintained. We had breakfast at the restaurant everyday it was really good with good prices. The outdoor hot tubs were very nice.

Such a late check in ! Bed was hard ! Got a nice view but we had to pay another 25.00 ! Do not go to the restaurant! Burned chicken, cob salad was absolutely disgusting! Steak was raw !

The bathroom floors were always cold even with the heat up higher. Would recommend bringing slippers. I wish the pool was open a bit longer.

I loved the outdoor hot pools! And the convenience of complementary busses tickets made getting around easy. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Slight issue with the lift that didn’t seem to be getting resolved fast!

Hot tub was lovely with fabulous views. Was a bit concerned that the hotel was one of the furthest in the town from shops/restaurants but it was only a 15-20 min walk and buses went along approx every 30 mins. For skiing it was a 100mtr walk to bus stop and it was just about first pick up point and first drop off at end of the day so worked really well!

Everything! Great location at the beginning of the main strip which meant less foot traffic in front of the building. Great rooms that were clean and amazing amenities. I will stay here again for sure. Also had extremely friendly staff across the board from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and the folks maintaining the snow removal in the parking lot. Outstanding!

The hot pools are full of kids running, splashing, and playing. I think most of us wanted to relax. Even in the sauna, they were just chatting. I truly suggest making only adults this place. My room was just next to the elevators and where the staff has all the supplies, so a little bit noisy, but I'm a light sleeper . Also, it would be a nice touch for the dog friendly rooms that they give you a little treat for your dog, just makes the experience even better. Like a welcome present

We have been going to this hotel even when it had a different name. The location is perfect, the staff is always friendly and the facilities are great. Rooms are good size, perfectly equipped, and love the coffee, tea, etc. that the offered in the morning. The renovations are perfect!
