CanadaThe Cap Tremblant hotel used to have outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All facility was closed out. No shuttle bus was available. Those are a bit disappointing for almost 500 payment.

United StatesWe were not clear that the restaurant was only open weekends in the winter, and that the pool was closed in winter (the spa was open). The condo was very nice and clean, but not very cozy (no rugs, for example).
Comfortable bed, great view from our unit, and a convenient supper at the on-site restaurant (the pool, spa, restaurant, and reception are in a separate building at the top of the hill).

United Statesthe one thing i did not like is that it was on a hill and when we arrived it was snowing. our car did not have a problem but the other cars did and it was a struggle to navigate through them to get to the top.
great place to stay. everything perfect. no complaints. big room and living area we were able to work from home. good solid internet restaurant on site along with play area for kids. will come back next year staff (Alex) were amazing

CanadaThe room needs a bit of the fixer upper. Not all stove tops worked. It's dark inside the bathroom. It did not drain well in the sink of the bathroom.
At the beginning, I was disappointed to be arranged to stay on the first floor. But it totally changed my mind when my whole family saw the roe deers coming by three times a day. The beautiful snowy mountain view and the roe deer together made us feel a true winter wonderland. The whole room is equipped well for a family stay, very cozy.
