Very good location, great facilities with ski and board storage, great pool and hot tub, a little busy in the evenings but still nice. A little noisy from the road at night but not unmanageable.

I wish the tv was smart but that's no biggie, I connected the tv to my laptop. food options. I checked in late and wouldve loved a room service option my only actual critique is for the blinds. They are heavy wood and old fashioned. I had a TIME getting the blinds open and more of a time getting them closed.

the view was wonderful. The windows fully opened, room was bright and comfy. Full kitchen with supplies and even dish soap (thank you) I was above the pool and it never got noisy. Easy to walk everywhere from here. I would return

For the price we paid they could have spared an extra roll of toilet paper for 4 people over 4 days. We were told to buy our own. They provide 1. That seemed pretty petty and we weren’t impressed.

Location and amenities are really great for skiers. Spacious room!

Fantastic location for skiing with shuttle just over the road from Lodge. Great hot spa and pool . Rooms a nice size with everything you need...ours did require a fan heater to dry ski clothes .This room had a great view over the pool and up the mountain.rm 508. Village loop for buses to Vancouver 300meters. Shops the same..

The room is a bit small. Check-out is the earliest I've ever seen, being at 10am (11am seems to be the average these days).

Check-in process was super easy. Located very conveniently, just a short walk to the Whistler Village Gondola. Room was clean and well equipped. The room itself felt clean and modern. Loved using the jacuzzi. Short walk to dining, shopping, etc.

Quite noisy in the mornings with people in ski boots clomping through the hall ways, but that’s a winter thing.

The room was excellent but a little tired. Everything we needed and very comfortable. Close to town centre, shops and restaurants. Literally 60 secs walk from bus station.

1 hot tub was not working. Hotel should install 2 more hot tubs.

The hotel room was what I expected. I needed a decent place to sleep. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Fridge was large enough to store basic foods. Hotel had 2 hot tubs. They should have 4 considering the number of people wanting to use the tubs after a day of skiing. Check in and out was efficient! I was happy that the hotel was able to store my luggage so that I could ski on check out day.

The rooms & corridors are extremely noisy making it very hard to sleep. It would have been nice to also have robed provided for making your way to the pool.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre of village & within walking distance to all the sites. The pool & hot tub was also great!

Hyd-a-bed wasn’t comfortable and a light was burnt out.

The air conditioner was incredibly loud, maintenance attempted to fix this. We opted to turn it off at night and asked for extra blankets.

That there was not a 2 bedroom apartment like listed. It is actually located at another location. So a bit of a rough start. NOTE We got it resolved, and our kids slept on hideaway so that was great. All ended superbly

Room for improvement - the lack of housekeeping during the stay was a surprise. Minor notes - one of the towels was a bit shabby and thin and could use a replacement. We didn't expect no housekeeping during a 5 night stay and the booking website didn't make that clear during reservation.

We had a great stay at the Cascade Lodge in the 2 bed/2 bath suite 501/503. The accommodations were comfortable. The service was responsive. The location couldn't have been better! Short walk from the lifts and within minutes of shops and restaurants off the Whistler Village Main street.

Would be nice if the hot tubs were bigger as they were always so crowded, had to wait till like 9 at night before we could get in there

Great location across the street from the bus stop at Whistler village. Good hot tub and pool. Comfortable bed and the one bedroom with a kitchen and living room had good space. They were extremely prompt if you needed anything fixed, they even sent maintenance up late at night.
