The room pretty basic and bare. It's clean and comfortable but very basic. What makes this place good is the staff. They're amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Also there's tons of very cool little restaurants to explore nearby

Your staff member Handra is the absolute best - she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed, even working past her shift! She was super helpful and empathetic and everything I needed after having to book last minute after a cancelled flight.

Plumbing needs upgrade as shower had no mixing valve so water changed from hot to cold and back again.

Clean room, very friendly helpful staff. Code instead of key card was nice to get into hotel and room.

By the way I (Mark Thomas) didn't write this (above). Naughty. Naughty, I think it was commissioned by the hotel. Yes, the front staff were very helpful, but it certainly doesn't use words that I would normally use. What I will say is that it is well located for the Central Park parkrun about 1.5km away. I also had a strange encounter, not connected to the hotel, with a man, Marco was his name, who pulled over on Kingsway and asked me for directions to the airport, which I was to my surprise able to help with. He then tried to give me two leather jackets that were left over from a recent trade show, I said "Ciao" before he asked for money. What an opportunist. Suffice to say I'll keep an eye to see if my review is re-edited.

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly remarkable. The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by spectacular view of Vancouver. The frontdesk staff paid a genuine care. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. It's evident that although they are under renovation, the hotel management places a high priority on maintaining a hygienic environment, which is especially crucial in today's world. Highly remarkable and recommendable!

It was definitely over priced for a 2 star hotel. We paid $350/night for 3 nights for a room with two beds and I know Vancouver is expensive, especially in summer, but this was just too much for what it is. Elevator was out of service which was a bit of a pain for transporting the luggage upstairs. The walls were not very sound proof.

It has a good location, not too far from the Sky Train. It was clean and the staff are very friendly. The view was also better than expected and we were grateful for the a/c and good water pressure and the included parking.

Most of the hotel was under renovation. Work was not going on while we were there, but there was, at the time of our stay, no elevator (it had been ordered) and much of the hotel was covered in plastic. These are of course temporary issues, but it seems like had been ongoing for quite some time. The actual rooms were very nice though. There was also no breakfast, but there was juice and snacks in the lobby at most times.

The location was very convenient, located a bit outside of Vancouver with quick access to public transportation. We only used a taxi to and from the airport. Staff was very responsive and I really liked the digital concierge system.

It kinda sucked that lots of the facilities were under construction for upgrading, so there was no hot tub or sauna and no elevators but I'm guessing upgrades were necessary

The staff were awesome. Handra, the front desk clerk was super helpful and even hooked us up with a room with a view of the city. The room was clean, and Handra showed us the new security features they are installing for the rooms and showed us what to do. Definitely a cool feature
