We had a really nice time at this hotel! Even though it's not a fancy 5-star place, the service and cleanliness are!! The front desk person was very patient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants excellent service and cleanliness. Well maintained rooms.

Handra, the staff member at the hotel, was incredibly accommodating during our recent stay. She answered all our questions with a smile and welcomed us warmly. Her explanations were clear and thorough. The hotel has shown significant improvement since our last visit 15 years ago. Our experience aligns perfectly with the positive reviews online. I wholeheartedly agree with them based on our stay.

The place was in the process of renovation. My room was a little run down and cold. If it wasn't for the staff it would have felt a little unsafe and unfriendly.

The property is really close to metrotown and the rooms are simple and clean! Our room got a lot of sunlight so it was super bright! Really cool views as well! Easy access.

There did not seem to be a kettle in the room but I was able to use the microwave instead so this was a minor issue only.

The lady in Reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and I was impressed by her kindness. The room we stayed in was a good size and very comfortable.

The hotel was great! They helped us a lot when we arrived late. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. She even had free snacks offered to us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed were comfortable. The location was convenient. It was close to were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
