The view of the mountains was lovely but the windows needed cleaning.

No secure parking. No pool. No skytrain to PNE. No direct buses to PNE. No restaurant. Front desk closes at 10pm. Grounds are filthy. Minor renovations. Lumpy beds. The price...OVER PRICED

We had 2 double beds in our room. They sunk in the middle, so very difficult for 2 people to sleep in, this was extremely noticeable with just a visible inspection. The bed also sloped from headboard to bottom. These mattresses should have been replaced years ago. My back ached by the 2nd day. Thank goodness it was our last. Repairs in the room were just patch jobs. The bathroom door had a big crack where it looked like some one kicked it in. Bottom of the door the paint was peeling away, wall paper was also peeling away.Baseboards were rotting and exposed the gaps in the floor. Way over priced and we were upgraded. $350 a night should get you more than tape and sparkle repairs.

Quality of the room is poor,the wall has a mark of scratch on it and the fan in shower is very noisy,I do expect more about quality price.

The location is very well locate everything is accessible easily(transport,restaurant,grocery and drug store)is not far.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and helped us out a lot with some logistical issues and a very late check in. Stored our bags free of charge with no fuss at all.

When arriving there was no staff at the front desk and they arrived like 20 minutes later they have mistakes that make more charges on the credit card of my guest and did not feel very comfortable

When we arrived the receptionist tried to "sell" us room upgrade - 'top floor with greater view'. We declined and she put us into the same room with no additional charge. Obviously that was the only room available and she attempted to extract more money for the same place. This 'top floor room' was on 3rd floor with electricity post 5 meters away from our window. The windows can not be opened, but the AC is very old and noisy. The reception works from 4pm to 10 pm only and room service people work only in first half of the day. So it's difficult to get room suppliers like bad sheets

I didn’t find anything I dislike. This hotel is more affordable for longer stays and the location is close to downtown, so you can’t really go wrong with it.

Friendly and helpful staff, modern digital lock system, safe and clean. Great experience. I will stay here again next time I visit Vancouver. obviously this is a more affordable hotel so the hotel doesn’t have anything fancy, but for the price and the customer service it’s a great deal. Facility's there washer and dryer were done so I couldn't do my laundry, and still didn't have it fixed 2 night stay, everything was closed sauna, laundry room, weight room for a 30 dollars more could have gone to best western and got a breakfest included

The bed was soft and the blankets kept me warm. l was able to just fall asleep after my head hit the pillow witch is rare for me. The staff were very polite. The draw curtains where also great for sleeping in. And the lobby and wall design where fun to look at.

The building is really old and so are the styles of the rooms, which I think is not very worthy of 300/night. I had to book an urgent stay so I didn’t have much choice but I think there are more places worth the price. But other than this, the stay was a good experience.

The front desk was really friendly and they replied inquiries through texts which was convenient. The room was definitely spacious and had all facilitates I needed. I got a room that was quiet and the internet was fast enough for my usage. The location is great, near to many restaurants and also major transportation.

My main complaint is that the pool was "under construction"... that was NOT in the advertisement. That is the reason we choose the hotels we do. Especially for the summer. We were greatly disappointed by this and it's coloring my review a LOT! It's not close to the airport or the cruise terminals, either. We won't be staying there again.

We thought it would be bigger, but it was fine for the night. The guy who checked us in that evening was very nice. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. However, I booked for the pool, and... well, see under "What I didn't like"!

Facility is badly in need of a facelift and was a bit run down. The shower head in the bathroom was non existent and I ended up having a bath instead. When I pulled up in a taxi the driver thought is was not open and windows in the front were covered. We finally noticed the front entrance and driver offered to wait until I found out if it was operating. I did not have my car and would have preferred a facility with some type of food service. Was a bit far to walk to the Tim Hortins for something light. I think the facility had its day but sure could use some maintenance. The front desk staff however, were pleasant.

The young man on the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Their rooms are clean and comfortable nice and quiet. Nice and cool. We extended our stay because we really felt at home. I love the location. I got my new tattoo at Metrotown mall called Geronimo.

Loud banging all night, toilet flushing could be heard rattling the walls. Horrible experience and 322$ to not rest is ridiculous.
