Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was amazed by the high-tech security system with digital locks. The friendly staff made me feel at home right away, and their care throughout my stay was exceptional. My room was spacious with a mountain view that made my experience great. Overall, my stay was extraordinary.

We had a really nice time at this hotel! Even though it's not a fancy 5-star place, the service and cleanliness are!! The front desk person was very patient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants excellent service and cleanliness. Well maintained rooms.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I have to say, me and my family were really impressed! The room was big and super tidy, making my stay extra cozy. The staff were so attentive and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. It was an awesome experience.

I can't think of any
Innovative hotel with keyless entry. The staff was very helpful providing me with all the necessary information I needed during my stay, the rooms were clean and bed were comfy, and the free parking made things easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Handra, the staff member at the hotel, was incredibly accommodating during our recent stay. She answered all our questions with a smile and welcomed us warmly. Her explanations were clear and thorough. The hotel has shown significant improvement since our last visit 15 years ago. Our experience aligns perfectly with the positive reviews online. The place was in the process of renovation. My room was a little run down and cold. If it wasn't for the staff it would have felt a little unsafe and unfriendly.

The property is really close to metrotown and the rooms are simple and clean! Our room got a lot of sunlight so it was super bright! Really cool views as well! Easy access.

Overall, our stay at Cassandra was exceptional. The hotel was great! They helped us a lot when we arrived late. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. She even had free snacks offered to us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed were comfortable. The location was convenient. It was close to were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
