It was a a little far from our activities, but the drive was a beautiful one.

The grounds at this resort were beyond my expectation. Not only were they incredibly beautiful, there was easy access to the ocean, wildlife, and nature. It was a dream spot, that I hope to go back to some day!

It is close to the highway and the enterance is hard to spot coming from Point Renfrew.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast, so it did not keep us feeling full very long.

The inn is located far from downtown, so it is hard to find grocery shop and restaurants.

The inn is very unique, and is located very quiet and secluded ocean front. They have their own trail to go down to the ocean. The owners were helpful and kind. The room is comfortable, quiet and large. Their garden is beautiful.

It being a major holiday weekend and proximity to the road, made it noticeable during the day. Overnight was fine.

Breakfast could have some green and protein options. But coffe was great with good selection of non-dairy milks.

The place is cute, clean and comfy. The staff is caring and super friendly. The place is magic. The private trail to the empty beach is a must.

A bin in the room was the only thing missing, but hosts were happy to provide garbage bags when needed and disposed of our rubbish.

Stayed in the Rainforest Room, which was very comfortable with two queen sized beds and the forest, hot tub and beach right on the doorstep. Caroline and Trevor were amazing, friendly hosts that couldn't have done more to make our stay as perfect as it was.

price could have been lower

the view from the room and the patio was beautiful trees and ocean. the property had beautiful plants. the hummingbirds were nice to see. The property had a private walkway to the beach, about a 6 minute walk. The beach was neat, and there were 9 seals in the water within 100 mteers of the walkway. Hosts gave great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Location by the ocean was wonderful, and close to great hiking trails and parks.

Kept losing wifi connection on my phone all weekend. The wifi was fine on my laptop though. It's really close to the Washington border so my phone thought I was roaming and I couldn't make calls.

The view was incredible, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and soaker tub. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to he helpful.

My one disappointment - that breakfast and the lovely communal room are still not available following COVID restrictions. We were notified of this but I still found it disappointing.

The location is great, right next to the beach with its own access path. We also found it a great location to base ourselves as we could travel North to hiking trails and Port Renfrew or south to Victoria. Enjoyed the jacuzzi with great evening views. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Hated to leave…otherwise absolutely nothing to suggest.

The inn is a bit of paradise and the innkeepers unparalleled! Cannot recommend highly enough…was a solo senior traveler treated like royalty…indeed like a family member. Room delightful, well appointed (thoughtful touches) with any needs anticipated in advance, view of little fountain bubbling on patio, water and mountains, eagles fishing, resident bunny and birds. Plus great suggestions for adventures from beaches with special features to whale watching to kayaking, best spots for dining, plus artisans, farm markets, and more. Every comfort one could hope for. Rating 20 stars!!

A welcome email said there was a breakfast included, so we didn’t bring any breakfast food items ourselves and dining options in the area are quite limited. Shirley Delicious down the road had fantastic food, but don’t open until 8.

Spacious room, beautiful yard and scenery, super friendly staff. I would not choose to stay anywhere else if I were to come this way again!

We were not aware that there was no breakfast. It was mentioned in a message when we booked the place, but I had forgotten and since the reviews mention breakfast, I thought there was breakfast. This was very unhandy - there is nothing nearby and you need to drive somewhere to get something to eat (breakfast/lunch/dinner). The owner recommned a pizza place, but sadly this place was closed the three days we were around. If you want to stay several days in this area, I would not recommend staying here without breakfast - plus it seems a bit pricy without breakfast.

The location is beautiful - although there is nothing close by (restaurants/supermarket). But for hiking, it is a great place and amazing private beach. The room was big and the garden is well-kept. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of this place.

No interaction with hosts, no breakfast they said due to Covid but they fed guests supper, so it is a place of who you are we did not fit in I guess.

The ambiance was perfect.
