We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaVery rundown, compared to the pictures. Bad smell from the bathroom ( old smoking room, mould?), dirty doors, cabinets, bathroom fan and carpets, with old dust, splashes and stains. No in room coffeemaker… have to go downstairs.
the hotel was in a very central location, the room was very quiet, linens were clean and the staff were really lovely.

CanadaOn-site parking must be reserved in advance, otherwise take a chance on street parking or park at the nearby underground parking. Just something to know in advance. You will receive an email advising of this, so pay attention!
Easy check in process, comfortable and clean room, excellent location downtown with easy access to Restaurants and shops. Quality coffee machine in lobby with lovely sun room to enjoy the street life.

United StatesRoom was somewhat dated. Had a window air conditioner and older TV. Room keys are the very old style where you have a physical key attached to a large keychain that has the room number and name of the hotel on it. Not ideal if you lost it and someone else finds it and has access.
Great location, very walkable area. Got the room with two queen beds, room was very large. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
