We were placed on first floor where they allow dogs. We don't enjoy dogs and found that there were still evidence of dogs being in our room

The breakfast was terrible. They ran out of plates, knives, eggs, waffle mix, butter and more. Only 2 tables to sit at for the entire hotel guests. Very poor.

Breakfast offered many choices and the breakfast area was well attended by staff. Any messes made were cleaned up immediately. It was obvious that the staff took pride in their jobs and in ensuring that the guests were well taken care of.

I would have liked a plug on a wall close to the full length mirror. I like to be able to dry and straighten my hair outside of the bathroom so the bathroom is free. Not a big deal though. However I really don't know where I would plug in the iron other than the plugs on the lamps. I was actually going to use it but couldn't find a suitable plug. There was not a body wash bottle on the wall as there has been in other Comfort Inns. Would have liked the sausages to be cooked more, they needed to be more browned. We didn't try them.

Room was clean and the bed very comfy. Happy to finally get a pillow that wasn't so big it gave me a sore neck! (There were multiple pillows if you wanted to choose a bigger one). Appeciate the move away from the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Room was equipped with a fridge and freezer which was great as we usually bring food on the road and need the ice packs frozen. People were very friendly, including the girl cleaning the kitchen. Air conditioning worked good. Breakfast was good for us. Potatoes were good and very happy the butter was taken out of the fridge ahead of time so you could spread it. (Past visits to Comfort Inns did not). Coffee was good. We didn't have the eggs or sausage. (We don't eat eggs when on the road). There was a good variety of options available. Welcome cookie is a nice touch! We got this room at a great price and booked on the day of our stay.

The room was dated with some damage to the lampshade and a burn mark on the carpet, but this didn't affect our stay.

The breakfast was very good. The patio doors opened onto the parking lot, so it was very easy to unload.

the carpets could be cleaned better especially around the baseboards and the closet. The hot food was not hot perhaps because of the appliance it was kept in.

The room didn’t was clean enough, but pretty run down. Tub was quite stained or poorly cleaned, too. I didn’t feel uncomfortable, but it didn’t feel up to standard.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable and the price was right. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

The TV signal kept pixelating then cutting out - at times it was almost unwatchable.

Good location right on the highway, the rooms were nice and comfortable, ground floor rooms had direct outside access through patio door. Breakfast was as good as could be expected for a hotel chain.
