Comments note that parking is expensive. It is $50 valet. Other options are parking on the street (metered parking and you have to move your car at 7am) Or the Impark Lot next door, which is not much cheaper either. Good to know in advance

From the valet staff to the front desk, and the cleaning staff. even the servers at the restaurant were great! the hotel was very welcoming! we were able to request some additional things too. and they got it in the room right away

I wish that there was a free parking lot at the vicinity and we had a better view from our suite.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly all the time. The room was as expected, and the amenities of the hotel were great! We definitely will back to this hotel when we visit Calgary in the future.

The price was higher than expected but still on the low end compared to most hotels in the area (high season).

Perfect location downtown. Walkable to bmo center (stampede grounds). Coffeeshops, restaurants, supermarkets and Core shopping center nearby. Staff were very friendly.

Everything! Our last hotel cancelled on us moments before boarding our flight so this was a last minute booking and we arrived late at night and the staff were excellent in checking us in. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The staff at breakfast were also lovely and very friendly. Table service for breakfast and they so attentive. The room could do with a safe and perhaps some water and tea, but nothing major.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can't express enough how impressed I was with the level of service and flexibility provided by their staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. One of the standout moments was when I arrived at the hotel well before the official check-in time. I was expecting to just drop off my luggage and wait in the lobby, but to my pleasant surprise, the staff allowed me to check in to my room right away. This small but significant gesture made a huge difference for me. I had been traveling for hours and had an important meeting later in the day, so being able to freshen up, change, and catch up on some work in the comfort of my room was a godsend. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable workspace and a cozy bed. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which was essential for me to catch up on emails and prepare for my meeting. The room service was prompt.

The perfume in the lobby is painfully strong. The beds were lumpy and the mattresses kept sliding off the frames (they were like tables with a mattress laid on top).

I loved how friendly and helpful all the staff were. It didn’t seem forced, and genuine friendliness. The pillows were plentiful and comfy!
