Everything was as I would have hoped. Easy access, great location in Old Montreal, huge loft , great bed and shower. Staff when needed and very pleasant. Really enjoyed the freedom of having all facilities ( almost..bread board!) to hand and staying in luxury !.. loved it.

We booked the room for five nights and were able to check in with the detailed instructions that were provided the day before. The hotel’s location is fantastic - a walking distance away from many of the sights, and with many lovely restaurants to enjoy. The room itself was bright, spacious, modern, and extremely clean. For a five night stay it was nice to have kitchen essentials, lots of fridge space, a dishwasher, and in-suite laundry. The room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and there was lots of space to store luggage so it felt like we were staying at an apartment! We will definitely stay here again when returning to Montreal.

Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is in a great location, just steps from many shops and restaurants. The in room laundry was a bonus as I have been traveling for several weeks and still am. Apparently there was an issue with a city water line which required them to do repairs which started at 7:00 a.m.. The work was directly below my room and I was unable to sleep as a result. The hotel staff were very apologetic and compensated me for the disruption and inconvenience

Some shower water would flow out of the bathroom when open the bathroom door, but is okay, not like flooding out. Probably because the room is too large, heating not quite enough, feel cold in the room, but it's warm in bed.

My wife wasn't a huge fan of the shower, "In the middle of the room" but I thought it was very cool! There is a surface parking lot nearby. DO NOT PARK THERE! Our car was broken into and the attendant played dumb.

The location was perfect as it was close to everything Old Montreal had to offer. Close to cafe's for morning coffee and a convenience store was steps away. Loved the modern industrial feel to it and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful mix of heritage with modern! Ambiance lighting was amazing! Excellent, high end appliances and fixtures! Honestly, one of the most special rooms we've ever stayed in!

We loved our room. It’s the same as in the photo. Large and comfortable with all the amenities you’d want and more: dishwasher, fridge, washer & dryer, utensils, toaster, microwave, stove, even delicious olive oil and Nespresso, and an Alexa echo dot. We only wish we had stayed longer! The bed was a dream - so soft! We were on the second floor in a great location and it was really quiet - never heard our neighbors. Excellent area, steps from some fantastic restaurants (loved Nicole!), bars, and shops. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Didn't know how tough parking is, and staff not knowledgeable. Check in process online was complicated. Parking lot at St Pierre and Notre Dame was helpful moving cars to let us out when we checked out. Recommend using metro and walking while in the city
