The carpets could use a good wash and there were cigarette burns in the rug. Also there seemed to have people who came from outside to use the pool on our 2nd day, which disappointed us that there was a lot of yelling and jumping in the pool.

It was quiet, so we could rest easy. My friend fell in love with your waffles. The breakfast choices were good. The coffee is great. The beds were comfortable.

Check-in was a bit odd. We arrived at 2:00 p.m., just as the housekeepers were leaving for the day, but were told that none of the rooms were ready, and that we would have to return at 3:00 p.m. We drove off in a torential downpour to waste an hour in the town of Oromocto before returning to check-in to our rooms. Also were woken up by a group of taxi drivers chatting outside the room at 3:00 a.m.

Location was perfect. Our room was large, clean, nice view, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the waffle bedspread and the detailed tucked corners. The stamped toilet paper and accordion folded towels. Having a gym and free breakfast were ideal!

We stayed here twice on the way to PEI and back. The man on night shift who checked us in both times was definitely not the friendliest and not the most helpful. We asked him later if we could get a bath mat as the bath is quite slippery and we were not able to get one due to housekeeping not being there until the morning. There is also only one elevator for all 4 floors and rooms. It gets quite busy in the morning.

The breakfast could have used a couple more choices. The only fresh fruit were bananas that were a little over ripe and the only protein was hard boiled eggs. Muffins, apples or oranges would be nice.

Our total experience was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a nice size. The breakfast area was clean and the items they had were well stocked.
