We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was fresh, hot and a nice selection:) The room was clean minus a couple of stains on the sheets but you could tell they were clean, just stained. This would not keep us from staying at this hotel.

CanadaOnly issue was that I had a family member with a broken foot and a few seniors with us (travelling for a wedding) and the elevator was out of service. There were no first floor rooms available so they had to take either 2 or 4 flights of stairs to reach their rooms and that was quite difficult in those circumstances. Staff was apologetic but elevator must be fixed for everyone to be more comfortable!
Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and check out. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was a little less than I expected, but still good value for a continental breakfast. There were many families with small kids running the halls in the evening but settled down at night and no noise!

CanadaThe elevator has been broken for months, and all the rooms are situated above the first floor. It was far from everything if you want to walk and take a break from driving. It took twenty minutes to reach the first restaurant.
The room size and comfort were exceptional. It was off the highway.
