The rooms are very clean and the staff are very thorough in their cleaning everyday. Very kind and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing and the staff in the dinning are so nice.

I wasn’t there long enough to find anything that I didn’t like.

It was very clean and the personnel was friendly and helpful. There were enough carts to bring your possession inside. Also it was close to Fredericton making shopping easier. Also there wasn’t a lot of noise which was excellent for a good night sleep.

When we arrived, we were told we did not have a reservation, I produced our confirmation number, they could not find it, again were told we had no reservation, I showed the email with their comments regarding the elevator and floor level, the lady said it was her that emailed me but yet they still said we did not have a reservation, however that is possible is beyond me, not happy with the reception we received. Eventually we got a room after half hour of waiting. Not happy at all.

Upon check in was told I hadn’t paid but I paid when booking. When arriving to my room it smelled very strongly of marijuana. Was moved to another room, which hadn’t been cleaned. Then finally a 3rd room. It took over an hour just to check into a clean room and by then it was approx 10:30pm and we just wanted to go to bed. We have stayed here many many times and never had any issues at all but this trip was definitely disappointing.

The pool broke over night… not that they have control on that but we went the first night and next morning it was closed. Not much insulation, you could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

-Blankets we’re stained on the bed -We had a hard time getting any hot water -There is almost zero sound proofing, it sounds like you’re walking on thin board in the hallway and rooms. -If you’re not out by 10:55 house keeping is knocking on your door while the front desk is calling asking you to leave. If I paid until 11, I’m there until 11. -I asked for late checkout multiple times and kept getting the run around. The hotel wasn’t even busy. -The rooms were soooo hot. We turned the heat right off and had to open a window -There was a broken piece of gutter hanging from the side of the building by the restaurant. It was swinging in the wind which is not only a danger but it was noisy all night. -Breakfast was disappointing. Not a whole lot to choose from.

It’s good for a place to stop and lay your head on your way to another destination. Not somewhere I would want to stay for a length of time. The place is close to amenities, far enough away from heavy traffic that you don’t hear the cars all hours of the night.

Night staff was rude, room was dated, musty and felt dirty. Pool door would not work with room key, pool was cold, window in the pool room were moldy. Vending machines did not work. TV package sucked. Pull out couch was uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work and the breakfast was lacking. No pillow for pull out bed or blankets and when I called down to the front desk they were annoyed that I ask.

We had a King Room with fireplace, leather recliner & a spa tub. The room was clean & very nice. Bathroom was a great size. Breakfast was delicious waffles, breads, fruit, juice & plenty of coffee.

It wasn’t the hotels fault at all but we booked and there was a hockey tournament going on so kids were running up and down the hallway

room was at the end of the hall right beside the ice machine so all we heard was that running and dumping ice. no hot water in the room!We we’re offered to change rooms but by then we were settled in and would have had to pack up and do it all again.No Sunday maintenance people working!
