Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Windows dirty (from prior pet in the space). Could use a bit of a face lift. I'm guessing the other rooms may be better, because we had a pet friendly room.

The ceiling fan in the bathroom came on when you turned on the light.
It was very clean in a good location and the staff were very friendly.

The bed linens were not comfortable or breathable. Shower was outdated and small. The bed was okay but for the price it makes sense. I sincerely hope a renovation happens.
The staff were friendly and approachable. They accommodated a play yard too. I love the motel and hotel feel. The Room was bigger than expected and perfect for my family.

We got in late, so we had to go elsewhere for a late bite to eat since a sign at check in said the kitchen in the restaurant would have been closed by time we got settled in our room.
The location was perfect for our quick stop. Although we got in late, I love that there is a restaurant/lounge in the building. The staff were very friendly.

I guess we’re becoming hotel snobs so the facility was a bit of a disappointment and yet one of the better options in Swift Current.
The room we were assigned was facing the highway in the easterly wing of the property, which looks and feels much like a motor hotel. We were concerned about the noise, not only from the highway, but from the parking lot immediately in front of our room so we asked to switch into something within the main building. The staff was very accommodating and the room we were given was much better. The mattress on the king bed was a little bit soft, but the pillows were amazing. For just five dollars per person the breakfast is a steal and I would highly recommend it.

Did not like that the price of breakfast was not included in the price of the room. The advertising of the breakfast (croissant?) was not accurate.

The hum of the air conditioning unit from the room next door was loud at some points. Fortunately it didn’t keep me awake.
I enjoyed the Starbucks coffee I made in the room’s little coffee machine. Also appreciated the disposable coffee filter tray for hygienic reasons. The room rate offered a good price point for my budget.

Our 1st night, we were booked on the second floor, there is a long steep stairway, with no elevator. My wife has vertigo, and Cataracts, So had difficulty with the stairs… didn’t have a lower main floor room til the next day for our 4 day stay. She was a little stressed about that, but was fine,
Have stayed here many times, I like the location, has a good continental breakfast, the price was on special this time so saved some money, I used the gym to keep up my workouts daily. Has Smileys bar and restraunt attached as well…

The ad through Booking.com stated that Breakfast was included. However, when we arrived they said if we wanted breakfast all individuals had to pay above our rate. I feel this is a bit of a money grab. On top of it. We went to the local pub connected to the hotel for super and they would only honor the 10% guest discount if and only if we had purchased breakfast. Pretty low punch.
The room was beautiful; beds were comfortable. I have no complaints for the overall hotel. just the false advertising.
