the room needs maintanance the carpet had a lot of staining,toilet needed fixing which they did but still did not work all of the time ,despite prebooking i think every night was a different price on my final bill

Room wasn’t ready for check in, water main broke so hotel had no water for hours, toe nails on rug and hair in shower when arrived. Unfortunate for hotel but for price you expect to be able to wash your hands or shower.

I just didnt think the hotel was worth the price we paid. The location is at the very end of the wharf area so not really central to anything. The room was OK, kind of small and a little tired looking. There was no balcony, which i expected and was looking forward to considering we paid extra for a water view. The window overlooking the water only opened on one side and only out about 4 inches, no screens on the windows. I get the tiny opening was probably for safety but it really didnt take advantage of the view at all. Water pressure was awful, the toilet handle had to be held down for anything to flush, shower head water barely sprayed out with any force at all. Air conditioning didn't seem to want to cool consistently although the outside hallways outside were chilly. No premium channels at all on the TV, just very basic channels. I don't know, everything just felt budget at an expensive price.

The view was pretty, parking was easy, quick elevators, bed linens were nice.

Really wish the Starbucks Store hours in the lobby were more reasonable and didn't close so early. Location is ideal if you want to stay away from the downtown buzz area. I will heavily consider booking somewhere closer to the downtown area next time I visit. Restaurants and shops are just too far away, walking-distance-wise, from this hotel.

Our room looked out onto the service vehicle alleyway, truck noises, honking etc. The other side of the alley was our view of a giant wall. No Robes in room. Mini fridge was tiny. Bath was on small side, shower was good.

Great location and amenities. The best location- It just can’t be beat. Gorgeous views, city close by and walkable, harbour taxi nearby. The pool was awesome, loved the little patio on the hot days we were there. Gym was fantastic. It’s a beautiful hotel!

Location of my room. Overlooked the loading dock. I had hoped for a higher floor and some better view.

Small window, despite paying a premium for a waterfront room. Couldn't see the water from the bed or the chairs in front of the waist-high window. Complete joke, and I am contemplating asking for a partial refund.

it was supposed to be a 5star hotel/ resort. they were over an hour getting us into the room, gave us 10$ food? cert and told us we could use it for a drink? nothing on the menu. let alone 1 drink? was 10$ when we got to the room it was Not what we thought. yes dimenson's were stated but really? who knows exactly what that means. the chairs had stains, as the rug. when we went for the ice bucket, it had so much dust All over it, like ? it was never used and sitting in a closet. it was disgusting. the frig was not cold nor could we get it that way. & it was dirty, too. the remote needed batteries. yes the view was beautiful..but no ..we would not stay there again let alone give it 5 stars! we paid over 1000$ for 2 nites! ..which it was our anniversary (yes they knew) - the mgr was pleasant, (reimbursed us for the 2nites parking) as well as the consigners who signed us in. we did go downstairs for some info about somewhere to take a ride...and they couldn't really give us too many ideas.. we had been there before..so. No i would Not recommend nor stay there again.

We booked a deluxe king suite with ocean view and there was a tree blocking our ocean view, our room was directly above the pool and we could hear kids screaming during the day, there was no bath tub, there was no fan in the bathroom, our mini fridge did not work. 567$ was a very unfair price.

we weren't happy in the restaurant when the manager of the restaurant wanted us to pay the bill at the table despite our wish to pay it on the checkout day, saying that the restaurant is free from the hotel which is not true because on the second night we signed the bill with no trouble. Moreover they were hesitant to seat us even though most tables were empty.

For what was paid for the room I felt like the little details were overlooked or missing. The room was not reset properly before my arrival. 1/4 roll of toilet paper and not another roll. Was still empty bottles in the recycling from the previous guest, garbage cans had no bags, no tissues, shampoo was half used. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and the windows are absolutely filthy, breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was served cold. Nothing that ruins a stay, but just details that were disappointing.

Beautiful location, close enough to the action, but far enough away that you can have peace and quiet, staff was always helpful. When my concerns were brought up they were great about it.

Soundproofing is extremely poor. you can hear whatever is happening in the next room. Room service is not 24/7.
