Can hear late arrivals like they are next to your bed. anyone having a conversation pass your window, they might as well be inside your room. The place need upgrade and maintenance repair. No temperature regulator control on the shower as required by code, hot water way too hot. Did not appreciate smoking chair and tables just outside the entry of the unit. if this is a truly no smoking building the distance for no smoking from the premises should also be followed. Wifi has poor connection and super slow. Heat/cool condenser is loud and comes on every 10 minutes, therefore did not get a good night sleep.

staff was very friendly and helpful. check in was quick and check out was hassle free. Room was clean. Plenty of hot water for shower.

Very clean, housekeeping is doing an excellent job cleaning the rooms, The manager is very helpful The room, fronting on the highway is quiet quiet and the beds are very comfortable, had a great sleep

If you need a short break on route 1 - I recommend staying here. Neat hotel with comfortable bed and good noise isolation. The hotel has a pool - but looks like it works during summer period. They also have a gym and bbq zone. Staff suggested couple places to spend free time. The room was clean, TV has youtube - and you can watch your favorite bloggers/channels.

The tap water was extremely salty ,basically undrinkable. Needed to have been offered bottled water as an alternative. TV -could not get local TV stations -attempted to scan and tune TV but failed to recognize any channels.Only streaming from devices available. No prior information ( before arrival) given about lack of choices for dinner. On the evening we arrived the only place open after 6.30pm was the Taco stand- which was excellent. Would have been easier to deal with on a very hot afternoon if we knew before arrival about these issues. This information could be easily conveyed in an email.

Parking was good in front of the room. Location was good. Grounds were tidy. Room was tidy, clean in good order. Bathroom a little small but towels plentiful. Aircon worked well Fridge and microwave appreciated. Internet good

Our room, a deluxe queen room, was not as described. It was tiny and very cramped when compared with the photos on Booking.com. it was only barely possible to squeeze around the sides of the bed It was described as having a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop and kettle. Whilst it had pots and a frying pan, there was no stovetop and so nowhere to use these. There was no kettle or cups supplied either. We went to reception where the very friendly and helpful receptionist did his best to assist. He gave us 2 disposable cups and a brand new kettle. However he then explained that the kettle should not be turned on when any other electrical item was in use as the fuses would blow.......!! As we knew there was no breakfast option available we had brought food to prepare in the supposedly well-equipped kitchenette.  So we could not use any of the kettle, or toaster, microwave or coffee maker at the same time. It was not a relaxing start to our day  There was little soundproofing between rooms with the shower in the room next door being very noisy. The aircon in our room was also extremely noisy so we turned it off and put up with the heat.  This motel is way overpriced for what is supplied. The only good aspect was the friendliness of the receptionist

The advertised price was canadian$$. And when I paid.... the Canadian price jumped to $214 to accomodate US credit card. Not appreciated. This pricing plan isn't used in the food or other purchases.

The bell at reception did not work and I waited 15 mins for someone to come. The TV was over complicated to use; even 2 of the 3 staff that tried could not navigate the steps. They spent 20 mins in the room, sitting on the bed, trying to figure it out…it felt inappropriate. By far the worst thing though was to discover upon check in that I would be charged $45 for having my small dog with me, this was not mentioned at the time of booking. The manager blamed it on Booking.com. I understand a pet cleaning fee (usually $20-25), but $45 is an excessive charge, especially since there are no carpets in the room and cleaning should be easy.

I like how it is very thoughtfully decorated, it is so clean and having my kid to crawl around the apartment without him eating stuff from the floor was great! The owners are very very friendly. I recommend anyone stopping by at Destination Inn!
