We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

On site parking, however the fee is unnecessary. Amazing view from corner suite. However suite itself is not very different from previous room.

CanadaWe didn't have any soap in our room, there was no indication as to where the ice machine was so we had to walk around the building looking. The room was also tinier than what I am use to in a hotel which made things a little crammed.
Location was good, room was clean and staff were very professional and helpful. Also liked that there was underground parking.

Taiwanthe shower door couldn't close properly and the faucet of the sink was too short so that water just flowed down from the sink to the door or the restroom. it is better with the second room. Hope that the hotel can fix that room. (hope that the staff reported that.)
the staff there is very friendly. i got hot water from the restaurant's staff and they were friendly. when there was something wrong with the shower door, the staff offered us to change to another room. My husband fell down on a trail and when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out, the staff lent us crunches and offered us late check-out without any cost when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out. They are extremely nice!

CanadaThe location works best for us as it's not in a too busy area but still near the downtown core. The staff are nice and helpful to answer my questions. I also like that they have complimentary coffee in the room for guests. Complimentary bottled water would even be better! These extra small things usually add up to make a positive difference.
