We had to leave a day early due to medical problems we both incurred. Has been next to impossible to talk with anyone. I have left messages and never received a reply. We would like to get some type of refund of $191 for services not received.

I didn't like that the pool was crowded. A family was letting their children run around the pool area (yell, splash, and not watching out for others) I wish there was more of an adult swim, where the pool and hot tub are open for adults to relax and enjoy a quit retreat.

The Jacuzzi in the pool area has too much chlorine in that myself and another woman staying there couldn't use it. It made our eyes burn

Lots of room in bedroom, but not much furniture. Would have been nice to install a bathtub in the one section of room or at least a couch. Sad to have to pay for parking, would rather have fee incorporated in to room rate. This discourages travelling by car in which we travelled to outher areas and spent money. If we didn't travel by car we would not have visited the other areas. Charging for parking is not good for tourism.

You have to ask for the beds to be made and bathrooms to be freshened up. Not an issue but for such a nice hotel I would have expected this to come without needing to ask.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the falls! Rooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable!

Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the river. The pool / hot tub area is really nice, having a separate adult pool. Highly recommend the onsite restaurant, Buchanan Steak & Seafood. The staff are friendly and helpful.

That there wasn't any type of convenience store in the hotel. It is definitely big enough to add in a store if you need anything during the night. It would make it easier to not have to leave the hotel. We left a few times to grab snacks, drinks, toothbrushes etc.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious and very clean! We've been to the DoubleTree a few times now, and every time we visit, we are always satisfied. There is a steakhouse in the hotel called Buchanan's steak & seafood and the food was absolutely delicious. We eat at that restaurant every time that we visit the hotel.

I can’t believe such a big hotel still doesn’t have EV chargers. (they do offer charging from regular plug of lamp post around parking lot with your own cable) our room was a too hot over night even with cold air turned on.

Easy check in with no surprises. Everything exactly as listed. nice view and spacious rooms. Room was clean and it worked well for one night stay. we didn’t end up getting breakfast so can’t comment on that, but little bar in lobby was nice with good coffee. if know where your room is located you can park your car the way you see it from your room. parking lot is around whole hotel.
