Experiencing a real cold snap...-6 degrees Centigrade; so a little cold. But the bed's duvet was nice and warm.

I did understand about sharing a bathroom but I had envisioned sharing with maybe one other person and that was not the case. I am a private person and the house was just a bit too busy for my taste but it would really appeal to others.

The host was very responsive and my room was very comfortable. The shared kitchen was fine and the yard is nice.

If you have a bad back or the like, you may be dissatisfied with the mattress. Not bad, but not good either. I slept fine.

The property was priced appropriately and was quite convenient to a neighborhood not serviced by hotels. The other guests were all very friendly - lots of international folk. Grocery, bank, restaurant, drug store, bus lines, etc., all within a couple blocks walk distance away. I felt welcome, as though I could make myself at home.

Plumbing noises were startling when upstairs would flush :o at night. But I figured it was a reasonable trade-off.

Lots of white, clean looking decor. Amenities a plus. Wonderful service from Tommy. Delightful format/ sharing like roommates. Super quiet beautiful location with great parking.

Overall I was satisfied with price and my room. The upstairs bathroom especially the shower was grubby and the shower covered with mould and did not drain. Standing up to my ankles in water. There needs to be a mirror in the bedroom.

If you're looking for something centrally located, this ain't it. As a short-time visitor most of my activities started around the waterfront. It took the better part of 2 hours each day to get there and back by bus and subway or a $40 round trip Uber ride. Granted, Vancouver is crazy expensive so you have to trade convenience for price, but i would not book this again.

If you don't have a car it is hard to get to and from. There is no coffee shop in walking distance.

A clean and well maintained house with everything that you need. The kitchen is large and have everything that you need.

The location is comfortable. You can reach the downtown by bus. I had no problems to find the house and the check in was easy. The room is clean and the amenities were comfortable for my stay of 5 nights.

Cleanliness, it needs a good clean. You can pick the house from the street, the one with the dead trees lining the property. My wardrobe was also broken and unusable.

The bed wasn't that great but served Its purpose.

Having a nice clean room and place to park my car safely made my concert trip incredibly smooth. Hard to answer some of the questions as I didn't have any contact with any staff other than by email.

Great stay and good location. Close to the airport and in a nice quiet suburb. Easy access to transport and downtown Vancouver. Groceries and shops were close by. Would stay again.
