Nothing! Everyone and everything was great.

The staff was awesome. They really took the stress off me after a dumpster fire that WestJet had put me through with delays and layovers. The shuttle was quick and easy to figure out. They allowed me to check in early after 24 hours of no sleep dealing with flight delays which was huge. The front desk staff was awesome. I didn’t catch any names but everyone I met was amazing. The room was so clean and a great shower. Loved the restaurant. The young lady working was quick and very kind. I’ve stayed in Calgary lots for work layovers and always switch between hotels but it’s safe to say I’ll be going back to these guys for my next trip for sure. Everything about this place was awesome. And so appreciated after the disaster my schedule turned into. They were very accommodating.

There was a lot of hallway and upper floor noise. Not enough to make the stay bad. But it was constant and loud at some points. The morning buffet was not worth the money spent. There were no eggs and when we asked for more there were none brought out. The other food was ok but you could tell it had been in the warmers for awhile. We went out for breakfast the second day

Our bed was sagging, and we didn’t find a toaster.. When we only checked in, in 30 min 2 ladies tried to open our door because they were given a key with the same number

Had to pay to upgrade to a pet friendly room, which of course i understand and agree BUT, $40 to upgrade to a pet friendly room, then $20 for the pet?? And, not even supplied poop bags for the pet? Very strange and could be better. The room was nice, the convoy a separate door leading to outside was nice too but $60 more per night? If I'd had longer to shop around, i would have $90 for the room and $60 to have a pet...that's more than 50% higher to have a pet.

Booking.com didn't pass on my reservation to the hotel so they couldn't find my reservation. Not good. It's good hotel accommodated me considering low season. Nothing wrong with hotel itself.

Amazing service. Shuttle was prompt and convenient for airport. My little one had left her blanket and pillow and the driver was kind enough to make a trip back with my partner to retrieve it. The staff we friendly and efficient. Even got a discount!
