1 of the 2 elevators was broken so wait time was long. Ate in the Italian restaurant and it was very warm, no AC , or it was not working.

the Landry had a broken machine so only one washer and all machines needed replacing, the outside and parking could have been more clean and main-tended with little effort and cost.

the restaurant was good and convenient, the gym was small but good equipment, rooms were clean all around nice place.

I hated the parking situation. I have a big truck and found parking frustrating.

weak restaurant. king beds aren’t comfortable. Shower water doesn’t get too hot. so you can’t enjoy a hot bath. garbage trucks start working on bins at 5:30-6am… very inconvenient. woke us up. quite disturbing actually.

No free breakfast, hot tub was drained and broken, price for room was okay, but I think that there are better options in the area

The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was not very nice, and the hot tub was out of service. Not a huge problem, it's just that nobody told us, and in fact we were told at check-in that the hot tub is open until 11, but when we got there it was closed and drained with a sign saying out of service. Again, not a huge problem, I just kind of wish we had have been told that when we checked in, instead of getting in our bathing suits and being excited and learning that when we entered the pool. It's a bit more expensive than some other hotels in the area, and does not include breakfast with the rooms, and I think next time I will try a different place.

I enjoyed the facilities, Indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, laundry room The coffee, tea and water station in the lobby. Room is clean and offered a lot COVID protection.

Some extra coffee creamers and a decaf coffee pack would have been nice, but other than that, so far so good.

This was my second stay at this place, and I wasn't disappointed. This will be my first choice to book the next time I go to Calgary. It also helps that there are usually open parking spots close to the elevator

The second time I checked in, I received a room without a working fridge or a telephone, but was promptly moved to another room on contacting the front desk.

One of the best room organization and layout I've seen in years. There is a good emphasis on using vertical space efficiently, while keeping the rest of the room in an open concept layout. The non-distracting color scheme chosen also makes the ambient atmosphere that much more relaxing. The best thing I like is the long and spacious work bench, which allows ample space for laying out your laptop, chargers, headphones, documents etc. while still leaving plenty of open space. Furniture, including the work bench, were topnotch with a solid feel without feeling bulky. The near floor to ceiling large windows with double shades makes the view out of the window quite spectacular, especially at night, even if the view itself isn't that much to speak of.

Lot of noise from hallways and between rooms, to the point where we had to call reception at 10pm regarding the kids in the room above. Not great when you've had a long travel day...
